Terrible, there office staff is very rude and disrespectful if you decide to move your belongings to a more affordable storage. We were promised a outside unit for 70.00 more than our current storage when it came available which was 7 days from the time we discussed the price. Then when it was available all of a sudden it was 140.00 more. They expected us to take it. We were not willing to pay that price and there excuse was all prices are subject to change.
The staff and cleanliness are good, but unfortunately I had a very bad experience at this facility. My storage room was broken into very easily, and I was never notified about the incident. If you are a collector or have valuable items, I strongly recommend staying away from this place, if you don’t have valuable items maybe is ok . While they offer insurance, in my experience it did not come close to covering the actual loss—not even 5%—and the claims process was long, frustrating, and extremely tedious.

Had a very good experience when i initially booked this storage, the staff was very accommodating and listened to my needs and helped accordingly. Unfortunately, I got my first overdue notice as i make my payments around 6th of the month. it was clearly mentioned that it would get suspended after my second notice. I walked in today, wanted an alternative on how to deal with the situation but the girl working (brown girl in a cap) was the rudest and unprofessional person i came across.

Generally I try to leave mostly positive reviews, but Pockit Self Storage (Formerly Trans-Canada Self Storage) keeps sending harassing emails begging for a review, so be careful what you wish (and continually beg) for. While the much touted covered loading zone is a feature, it's not worth the extra expense levied every payment in the form of monthly fees significantly more than surrounding options. Fees which continue to increase with no additional services provided.

Pockit self storage is first facility I have ever used for storing items. Staff seemed friendly prior to bringing my things there for storage. The manager has seemed to have an issue with me since the beginning including talking to me with attitude and rolling her eyes at me . I asked them if the truck they rent can be taken to Surrey and manager said only local in Abbotsford. I sold a sectional to someone who lived in Delta and they were told no problem by the manager.

Son had a locker there and we went to get some stuff and his couch had been eaten by mice and was mice shit every where in his locker with only couches lamps end tables in the unit and they tell me they have no mice they have a bad mice …

Hi Aaron. We only need a few days notice if you plan to vacate. Typically, you would either leave a message or contact the office during business hours. As people come and go from their parking stalls, there would be no way for us to know if you had moved out unless you let us know.

I would like to comment on the great service I have been receiving from the first day I signed up for a storage unit. Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The Facility is very clean and well run no matter who is on staff. I feel very safe there even when coming later in the evening. If you are looking for the best Storage in town and best prices, please don't miss out the first two month deal. Come in, tour the facility and sign up. You won't be disappointed. I like when I go to the storage yard I feel safe and that my belongings are secure. I really like the covered loading/ unloading area outside the building. Also the rates are some of the lowest in town.
