Phoned up for a quote they are overpriced and by overpriced I mean highly overpriced. The gouge you for everything including a fuel surcharge. The lady on the photo was rude. I would not suggest dealing with these people.

This is an unfortunate review to write. Paul's moving had been referred to us by many people we know. I called to book them 2 months prior to our move, the gentleman that answered the phone was friendly and helpful. However after letting him know the home we were moving out of had a steep driveway, it was not suggested by them, they come to view it prior.

There's not much we can do if we don't have availability we didn't treat you rude we told you we did not have availability we did not have any trucks available to do anything for you on that day or any day around there we are fully booked for all of June

The great crew from Paul’s Moving showed up on time and with lots of enthusiasm and Professionalism. Rugs were laid across all floors to be traversed in the old house and new. All my furniture was expertly wrapped and all my antiques were handled with extreme care. No breakage, no dents, no surprises. The crew were lovely people, personable and strong! My husband and I would highly recommend Paul’s Moving.

First, Sandy came to our home to give us an estimate. On moving day we had three very nice, hardworking men arrive to move us from Abbotsford to Salmon Arm. The guys efficiently took apart our furniture and beds. All the furniture was wrapped in blankets and the sofa shrink wrapped. Everything was kept safe on the truck overnight and brought to us the next day. They helped by putting things in the rooms they belonged in and assembling furniture etc.
It's always a pleasure to serve you. Thanks for leaving us a glowing review!

All round great from start to finish. From the initial inquiry, quote & pre-move day call from Barb; to the on-time arrival of the movers (Jessie & Kris) who picked up at two different locations & eventually delivering all our stuff at our final destination, safe & sound. There was a challenge regarding our final destinations' elevator time limit, but they adjusted quickly to make it happen. Kudos to the team for making our move seamless & a good experience. We would highly recommend.
