Broke a brand new TV worth over 2500 and lying saying they didn’t when you can see the exact spot where Adam carried it! There was a thumb mark! Even after telling him not to carry it. That I would properly secure it and need 2 ppl to carry. He didn’t listen and just went ahead and grabbed it carelessly! They wouldn’t even go through their insurance! I reported them to BBB. They really are something else!

Mike broke my TV, took my money and escaped, He keep me waiting for week to bring the TV but he was just lying. lie over lies and still he didn’t replace my TV. Unprofessional, time wasters, misbehaved. Never give your valuable stuff into their hands!!!
We have all records on our dealings with this client. We will be taking legal proceedings as this client has not paid the moving bill in full. The bill was more than they had budgeted for.
Run, don't walk from this mover. Mike made our moving experience a living hell. At the end of August I reached out to Mike about our move happening at the end of September. I sent him the furniture list and he responded with a rate and approximate time it would take to complete the move. He said he could handle the job. I told him to book us in for the moving day. He responded with "Great, lets start early between 8&9AM." "You are booked in" he said. He also asked for an email so he could send me a confirmation.
We really appreciate reviews. Though this move was scheduled but due to some uncertain reasons it had to be canceled and as far as we remember, our team reached out to you on time and have informed you about the situation and apologized.
Don't ever use this company again!😡😡 What we first thought to be an honest, legitimate and move turned out to be nothing but a disappointing disaster filled with lies, sneaky under-handed behavior just to accommodate us by getting everything into one load. As we were unpacking, we discovered some rather disturbing damages and losses of items. We've failed to locate many items, including kitchen items, cookbooks, and others that are nowhere to be found.
I had the worst moving experience of my life thanks to this company. I booked my move weeks in advance and when the day came, I was first told that the time I had on my email confirmation was wrong. I agreed to 2 different moving times and still when those times came no one picked up when I called. I cannot stress how inconvenient this company made moving. Had to use a different company last minute that made the experience a little better.
We deeply regret your inconvenience and would certainly take a note of it. It has never happened to any of our customers ever before, we value your feedback and would ensure that such experience wont ever take place for anyone else.
Do not..I mean DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! They broke 3 of my storage bins and my front of my bike. I emailed the "owner" and he deleted his listing on kijiji. And on top he didn't even reply. Go with someone professional and people that are insured. Atleast you know you ste protected from damaged.

I had an exceptional experience with this moving service. From the very first call to the moment the job was done, everything was smooth and professional. I needed something heavy moved urgently within Winnipeg, and he was extremely accommodating. He arrived on time, brought all the right equipment, wrapped everything carefully, used blankets to protect the items, and even made sure my floors were protected. The move was done very quickly, safely, and at a very fair price.

I called ez move on Monday the movers wanted to come the same day and help us move. We asked if we we have Wednesday and they said not a problem. Then I messaged back and told them we had to hold off till Saturday. We kept in communication through out the week and make sure things we were being moved on Saturday. He called me Friday and let me know he was still coming and an estimate price. Saturday morning he messaged me to let me know he would be at our place late in the afternoon.

EIA FRIENDLY, Non-Judgemental, Professional, Funny, and Affordable to boot! I had a fantastic experience with these guys. While other spots were refusing until the second weekend of September (Popeyes), or charging triple what was expected (Small Men) to get the move done, Mike, the owner, made himself and his team available (on Labour Day no less!) to make my move into my permanent home happen. They even rented a U-Haul for the day because all their other trucks were out.

We hired Ez Moves for two moves in the last month. I made the arrangements through the owner Mike Mackenzie who was professional and followed up with an email on both moves outlining what we discussed. We really appreciated the written confirmation because we have had misunderstandings in the past with another mover where nothing was documented. The crew did a great job on both moves.
