In their own words
I wish zero stars was an option. Candyce is EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend to anyone. They broke the leg off of my dining room table (worth $500) and refused to do anything about it and I cannot afford to take them to court over $500, as a recent college grad :( I understand that the movers are human and that mistakes happen, but we simply asked for a partial refund for the table or to file a claim with their insurance and Candyce refused to cooperate.
This is going to be a long post about FAITHFUL MOVERS they are alll over social media! ! DO NOT use them unless you want items stolen from you. I hired Murfeesboro Movers to move a huge job, I chose Murfeesboro Movers because that’s who I felt comfortable with reading all the reviews. I had no idea that Murfeesboro Movers use other companies to help when they are short handed and they hired guys from Faith Movers (which I did not want to use and had no idea that’s who was coming to the job) They show up and I…
We aren’t hired by Murfreesboro Movers. We are own company. We happen to share a independent contractor. That’s why you saw him at both the load into the storage and out of the storage. The owner wasn’t contacted until 7 months later and was met with profanity at that time.
Horrible, highly DO NOT recommend, we booked them the day after closing on our house, with our move scheduled for a month out. We paid the 20% down to secure the day within a few days of booking. Apparently that did not matter as by 10 am on moving day, movers were supposed to be there at 9 am, we had not heard anything from Broderick. We called and texted multiple times with no response.
I scheduled a move with this company for a Friday afternoon. Candy immediately called me back one minute after our initial conversation to reschedule for Saturday morning. I told her that Saturday was the absolute last day I could schedule …
I scheduled my move for 5/31/22. I paid a $675 deposit one full week before service was rendered. I had to call them multiple times for the “complimentary packers.” The night before Candy told me I had to get my own truck. Then on the day …

In their own words
Faithful Movers came and delivered a huge sectional to my house. They were on time and so efficient. They wrapped everything even my doors so nothing would get scuffed. Got the job done fast and the price was right. Everyone was very professional, will be using them in the future again.
Grateful for Broderick, Henry and the entire faithful movers team. I had a last minute move from one storage unit to another and they were more affordable than competitors. They were accommodating and kept in constant communication throughout the entire process. I plan on utilizing their services again in the future.
I was extremely pleased with Henry and Jaquon from Faithful Movers during a very stressful time in my life. I had major family matters to attend to on Saturday, January 31st, and my lease was also ending that day. I originally had my move scheduled for the 31st, but due to unexpected family circumstances, I needed to reschedule before that date. On top of that, Nashville was hit with a major winter storm, and the snow and ice made conditions far from ideal.
This is actually the second time I’ve used this moving company, and once again they did a great job. The team was very polite, professional, and careful with my belongings. I really appreciated how they took my bed and sectional apart, then put everything back together for me at my new place. They really didn’t want me lifting a finger! This made the move a lot less stressful and I appreciate them greatly for that.
