Nothing fantastic about this move. STAY AWAY - RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DAMAGED EVERYTHING WE OWN! Used these folks to unpack a 16-foot truck when I moved to Texas in 2017 and they were fantastic! Used them again when leaving 1.5 years later and they were horrible! Rude and unprofessional. Two guys showed up, a high school kid and a "lead". The lead assessed the house and said we needed a 16 foot truck but after 4 hours of packing, the lead decided we needed a bigger truck.

I have decided to put the last straw for this complaint first. After the move, Fantastic Movers called me to see how the experience went. When I told him I was not happy, he said he had fired one of the employees and that he was very sorry. He evidently didn’t tell the owner that there was a problem. She emailed me asking me to review the company, and I told her I was VERY upset. I NEVER RECEIVED A RECEIVED A RESPONSE. That was two weeks ago and THAT is why I write this review.
I spent quite a bit of time researching for movers. This company seemed to have a lot of positive reviews and I chose them for my move. The positive part of my review: -the movers are punctual and cordial -the movers didn’t go crazy shrink wrapping everything The negative part: -I was told over the phone that I would be getting 2 men and a truck...2 males and a truck arrived, but only 1 1/2 men worked. The 1/2 working guy looked exhausted and was drenched in sweat after moving 1 item.
Ms. Rodgers - I am sorry to read of your experience with Fantastic Moves. We knew that you have never had a good experience with moving companies. We arrived at your residence at the scheduled time on Saturday, and you were not ready.
Horrible experience. If you value your furniture and your hard working dollars used to purchase your valuable furniture, do not choose Fantastic Moves! They do not have professional movers because had they, my furniture would not be ruined. In addition, I was charged $70 for supplies, which consisted of a large roll of plastic wrap, although I was promised bubble wrap, etc. The drivers blamed it on the intake guy and the lady in the office, argued with me over the promise of supplies, basically calling me a liar.
We had fantastic movers move us from Dallas to Denver. Someone from the company came to our house and did a quote based on our possessions. We were scheduled to close on our house on the Monday so scheduled fanstastic movers to come the Sunday to load our belongings. The movers showed as scheduled on the Sunday with a truck that I felt looked kinda small, we were in a 1900sqft house 2 adults and 3 children so we have obviously a lot of stuff.
Wayne - Our manager, Nick, did an onsite estimate of your job and informed your spouse (you ) that everything would not fit in one truck load. It was our understanding you were going to downsize some before our arrival.
Super disappointed. Up until the very end the company was worthy of 5 stars. Good communication, right on time, movers were super friendly, they made sure our items were well packed and safe and unloaded everything and put it together for us... all was great Until we couldn't find an item worth $300 dollars. An item they "packed" for us. After we unloaded every box, this item remained missing. I contacted the company and they were vague in their response.
Hi CH - I just spoke with our office. Our customer service said she has been in email contact with you regarding this. Our manager has spoken with your crew and will give you a call when he returns to our office this afternoon. Our owner who handles claims will be back in our office Tuesday.
As a result of our recent move (1 mile in total distance) my wife and I discovered the moving team at Fantastic Moves (FM) left 20+ items which were tagged to move, plus several boxes which they in fact had packed. Only when we went to look for my wife's computer monitor and our bed sheets did we discover items were missing. Additionally, we asked the moving team for special care of our plants which we have cared for and grown for years.

In their own words
Fantastic Moves was recommended by our real estate agent for our move from Dallas to Denver. Fantastic Moves advised me upfront that they were pricier than the larger outfits, but they had professional movers who received benefits and many of their movers had been with their company for several years. They would also be taking our possessions directly to Denver - they wouldn't be packing anyone else's stuff with ours. Everything they promised went as planned.

What a class act! Bo and Billy made this whole moving process a pleasure. They arrived on time and worked so fast. They completed the job under time and under budget/estimate. They also have the best attitude the entire time. Very much above and beyond movers. Highly recommend!
I have used Fantastic Moves 4 times now (I think!). I don't think anyone else could possibly be more OCD than I am about my things, hence why I felt an obligation to share my story. I am pleased to report that every time I've used Fantastic Moves, they were on time, professionally dressed with a clean truck, friendly, respectful, and most of all: careful.
Use Fantastic Moves recently moving from a 3 story townhome to a second floor apartment building. Can recommend their service to anyone who wants a quality move done. We had them come in and due packing on a Monday and actual move on a Tuesday. The packing was done very quickly yet very efficiently with nothing getting broken along the way. The move occurred without any issues and we were in our new apartment later that afternoon.
