Would not recommend this place to anyone they truly do not know how to be kind and courteous. I actually have put on multiple pages not to go with these people. Rude rude rude
Shady business practices!! Drove to my storage unit (never missed a payment) to collect all my things in storage and move out. After leaving farrer brothers I called to tell them I have moved out and wanted to see about getting my deposit back. I was then told that they saw me pack up my unit and didn't notify them first.... so, that was the reason I didn't get my deposit back. Even though the storage unit was paid at the beginning of the month, meaning I had the entire month to do whatever I wanted......
The people are nice at first but if you have a question about billing or there is ever a problem with anything and you tell them your concern, the lady there immediately gets defensive and is unwilling to look into anything or help you figure out a resolution. If you ask who the owner is she gets defensive about that too and rufuses to tell you who owns the place. This is a very unprofessional place when it comes to looking into things and resolving problems. It seems really strange as if they are hiding something.
I had a bad experience with these people. I rented a slot and only needed for 10 days and now can't get my depositba k because I left a couple items that wouldn't fit in our truck. The gentleman told me that was fine but never said they would keep my deposit for it. Be careful with this place.
Mr. Dagnan, You signed a lease stating you would leave the unit in the condition in which it was rented. It states very clearly that no deposit will be returned if we have to pick up your trash. You had ample time to come back and clean your unit out and you would have gotten your deposit back.
They auctioned off the wrong storage unit. Everything is gone.. they were supposed to auction my moms storage unit and instead auctioned mine and had nothing to do or say to help. After 5 years of being here I’m beyond upset. And every family momemto I’ve ever had is gone.
We auction unit contents when the rent is not paid for 60 days; we base our auction on which units are behind, not what contents are in a unit. Once a unit is rented, we do not know who the contents belong to. If you had a unit auctioned, it's because that unit's rent went unpaid.
Worst storage ever rat will get in your belongs so don't use this storage unless you want all your stuff to go for a waste.

A very nice couple runs this storage facility. The facility is clean and well cared for. Their prices are very competitive. There are a lot of storage facilities nearby, due to the proximity of MTSU. This location is efficiently sitting away from all of the traffic on Rutherford Boulevard, making it very convenient to access. I highly recommend this place!
They have been so nice and professional at Farrerbros storage! My stuff storage has been safe and cared for here. They have worked with me on numerous life changing situations and I appreciate that people in this world still live old fashioned and care about others when they can help them.

Great prices, clean facility and its gated. Staff is friendly and helpful. Office is open at the times posted. What else could you ask for? Highly recommend.
