Awful awful awful! I ordered a foundation from a company and this is who they have deliver. Worst delivery experience ever. First time they are supposed to deliver between 2 and 6. They show up at 8, 2 hours late. I am busy and miss them. They act like it isn't a big deal they were 2 hours late. Second they call at 8 in the morning telling me they will be there that day between 9 and 1. They call 15 minutes later they are on their way. Again, missed them. Third time finally got the delivery.
I would give this company 0 stars if it were possible. I was missing a package from my recent delivery. I called multiple times, spoke with three different people and left multiple messages. No one returned my call. After contacting Ikea to …
This is the worst delivery company I have ever had to deal with. They cancelled the first delivery date and then called to schedule another one, and then called to schedule a different date without even speaking to me first, so I took a day off work for nothing and had to take yet another day off work to accommodate their schedule. They're supposed to be open till 5 pm, but I called several times at 4:45 pm and they are UNREACHABLE!!
They were hired to remove our old refrigerator and install the new refrigerator. Apparently our old fridge was out of scope and too big for them to remove. They only told us this after they tried to remove it and couldn’t remove the fridge. I asked them what the scope would be to move it (because we would pay) and they wouldn’t tell me. So not only did they not do the work they were hired to do, they left our fridge like this… Thanks Bill!
God awful. I have moved many times and this was the worst. I had 18,000 + pounds to move 4 full bedrooms plus home office plus 3 full living rooms plus full gym plus 3 car garage full of tools they sent 3 guys and a girl to load. They were …

This was our first time moving with professional movers so we were not sure what to expect. Mark came to the house for the estimate and explained how it would work and what to expect. He answered all our questions and gave us his direct phone to reach him if we had any other questions or concerns. On moving day, Shane and his crew showed up on time and made quick work of packing our furniture and loading the truck. He worked around our schedule for delivery.
Very careful with my belongings. Showed up on time. Worked diligently and with great speed. Good communication with the coordinator. All services were delivered as promised.
Allied movers are professional, knowledgeable, and well trained. (Allied had packed and moved my family members cross country years ago, so they were my first call when I needed antiques moved into storage.) The team moved several of my heavy antiques, including an antique grand piano. They were trained on how to remove the legs and wrapped all pieces with care. I was very impressed with the time and attention they placed into the move. I highly recommend Allied.

I deal with shipping and receiving here. Never a problem. First in First out. You line up down the side of the building. Lots of room to turn around in back. Could use some lights for safety on the dock as it is inside and you are backing in from outside. Guys inside work very hard to load and unload.
