I used the company a year ago to move out of my house into another one. The crew was great they were constantly moving things until my home was empty. I unfortunately had to move again a month ago. And they we terrible. I listed everything I needed them to move and they didn't load everything. They claimed the 2 trucks were full. 1 clearly wasn't. The crew was very lazy and unprofessional. They just stood around waiting to be told what to do. The leader of the crew was the only one working.

Update: I still stand on my original review for Marissa, Daniel, and Javi. They were great. I had no issues setting everything up and interacting with Marissa(she really was amazing) until I had to speak with Jeff, the "Operations Manager." He was absolutely terrible. His word means absolutely nothing unless you have to call to speak with their General Manager. I was moving my elderly widowed mother 5ish hours away from the Clinton Illinois area to be closer to family in Iowa.

I signed contract for 3400$. Pack and move. 2 rooms to pack. Watched 4 workers take there time. 6 hours 4 people to pack 2 rooms and 3 cabinets. Watched 2 men stand around chit chatting while 2 packed 1 coffee cup at a time. 2 hours to pack 5 boxes. Unbelievable. Would have cost me almost 6 grand by time all said and done. Because they did not honor the contract. They got there money over half of my belongings were not moved I lost over 3grand in belongings. Whole salon equipment, dressers, flat screens.

The service turned out a disaster. Came fewer people than requested, so they need to do more work. After 4 hours, they were exhausted. They broke two tables and a wardrobe, also they made a couple of holes in the wall. They did not want to take responsibility for the damages. It took me more than 7 months chasing them, to get them to pay 15% of the value of the furniture damaged that I can not use any more. Really bad service and I will recommend any other company.

Damages to furniture were excessive. A new $1200 sofa was broken in two places. Sofa has a busted arm that hangs awkwardly to the side and a broken spring that visably pushes on the upholstery. Pointed it out upon unloading, movers admitted …

Two men and a truck were super efficient. Donovan and Jordan were fantastic. They are very organized and friendly.
