My comment on owner's bogus response is in the photos. I hired Haul-It Movers Plus after being personally assured by the owner, Kris, that his company was different. He told me he “got into this business because he hated how other companies take advantage of people.” I believed him. I wish I hadn’t. The move was quoted in person by Kris himself at around $3,500, which I thought was reasonable for our short 37-mile in-state move, and included a second truck that was “to avoid a second trip.” That second truck never…

Very unprofessional. They were moving a neighbor and they decided to block the only driveway to our apartment. When we asked them to move the truck because we couldn’t fit out of our lot they were rude and acted like we were the problem. Much better movers out there with common sense not to block the only access to a lot.
Hi Aly, thank you for the feedback. To clarify for anyone reading this, you were not a client of ours, but a passerby. Our moving crews work as efficiently as possible in tight spaces, and traffic, some with larger vehicles, was flowing past the truck without incident.

The ONLY way I’ll be moving from now on! Kris and his team were incredible in all aspects! They were efficient, friendly, and careful with my belongings. They were extremely easy to get in contact with, and I got responses within the same business day no matter the time unless of course it was super late at night, but overall extremely quick to respond to questions. This was my first time having movers and I knew nothing and so Kris gave me all the tips and tricks to make this a smooth process.

Fantastic to work with from start to finish. We had a change in schedule and needed them on such short notice and they were able to accommodate above and beyond. Estimate was done same day with consistent and professional communication throughout. They were spot on with estimate and were flexible throughout. Prompt arrival and polite movers. Especially on a scorching hot day, they did amazing!

Disabled fella here- my need was small but not TOO small for Haul-It Movers Plus LLC… they came to my seniors building and assembled my pine dresser that was proving to be too pesky for my old weak neuropathic hands. Daniel and Logan were quick/skilled/tidy/friendly and my cat (the boss) not only supervised- but when the guys finished the job- he approved! 😉🐈⬛
