I purchased insurance through them for a move. They damaged one of my nicer pieces of furniture then refused to file a claim claiming the damage was too minimal. Also told me I could bring part of it to them to get fixed, but I moved out of state and I wasn’t going to trust the people that broke it to fix it.

Movers were on time, kind, and flexible. The movers themselves worked very hard and went above and beyond in terms of effort on what felt like the hottest day of the year. However, when we had items damaged during the move the company responded very defensively and offered no help or sympathy. This company will move forward with a move at all costs, including damage to walls and furniture.

Excellent pre-booking communication with Cody. Though requests for images of our belongings felt unnecessary. No other company has required photographs of our items. Itemized list, yes, but photos? And we did provide a list of items which we were told would suffice. For the unloading of our moving trailer, we booked two movers for three hours. Three movers showed and left in an hour and 40 minutes.

I would recommend My Buddy’s Movin’ Co. to everyone. I have used them 3 times in the last 2 months. I had new items picked up at a store and delivered to my house. The second move was a home move in town and then scheduled a separate move to haul items away we no longer wanted. The workers are all very friendly, polite and careful with the items being moved. I was notified every time they were on their way and they were on time! The paperwork process was seamless and easy.

Spoke to Cody, we had only one item to LARGE for us to move. He was able to work around my schedule and come in the next morning before the carpet cleaners were scheduled to come. The mover’s Antony and Willie were professional and knowledgeable. I really liked how they worked together to make sure that nothing in the house was damaged, as well as the item they moved. They used a closed loop communication to keep themselves safe, which was impressive.

I had a piano moved from my house to my son’s house across town. The owner was very professional and polite. He quoted me a very reasonable price and there were no surprises. They showed up on time and moved the piano without any problem. My son is happy to have his piano! I would definitely consider using this company again for my moving needs.

Cody was very accommodating with my changing move dates, then changing to doing the move as two separate moves. The two gentlemen who did the move were very friendly, efficient, respectful of me and my property. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to others.
