Hands down one of the worst customer experiences of my life. I rented a vehicle and returned it on time and with more fuel than required per contract. They ended up charging a fuel charge. I contacted the location to discuss why there was a fuel charge. The manager rudely interrupted the phone call with the associate, got irate, yelled at me, made slanderous remarks, and hung up on me refusing to resolve the matter.
Go literally anywhere besides this U-Haul, if you can. Perfectly nice (non-GM) staff, but something is broken with the way this place operates. I would've gotten more help talking to a wall than the GM of this place.

We stopped by the location about a week before we needed to vehicle to get a sense of the size of the cargo van for our uses. Unfortunately, they didn't have on at the location at the moment (not a big surprise), but we were able to talk to someone there and describe what we had and were assured the cargo van was the adequate size (and it was).
