I scheduled to have this business move my 800sqft 1 bedroom apartment (no appliances) into a 2 story home 30 minutes across town. We discussed an estimate of $200 for 2 hours with 2 movers and a truck. I mentioned to the receptionist that we did have an additional mattress and bed frame to move as well. On the day of the move, the team arrived an hour late. They did not call ahead to let us know they would be running late. They arrived with a truck that was too small to fit all of our belongings.
Ms.Kristin. All I see here is a very distortion review of what happened. We assigned trucks depending on customers request. And yes. You are totally right. We have been extremely busy thanks God. I kept communication with you as the fact of telling you all day what’s going on!!
BUYER BEWARE- terrible company. You been warned. They were not transparent about their prices, or services they provided. They showed up 30 minutes late with no apology. They do not care about the customers or other people time. Look at the other negative review, people complaining about the same thing. They keep raiding their prices, for no good service. The lady on the phone was very rude and disrespectful. Please do not believe in the 5 stars reviews. They are fake.
Both 1 start reviews made by the same person. Shame on you!! First, I want to tell you that you are disrespectful and a professional liar. How are you going to say that I changed the prices or that my workers are slow if I didn't do the work for you?
I wouldnt recommend. I used them to move my items and they had no urgency. I ended up having words with one of the movers. Me and my daughter had to help me in order to save me money. On top of an already stressful move some items wherw broken and they have yet to respond to request.

I used the company 5 1/2 years ago and had a wonderful experience. My, how things have changed! First of all, I scheduled my move at least two months in advance of my move day. The day of, I had a funny feeling about them coming at the right time, so I called to ensure that they would be there around 1:00. I was then informed that they remembered speaking to me, but didn’t have me as a confirmation on the schedule and didn’t have my address. So I gave them my address and they actually came early, which was great.

If I could give 0 starts to this moving company I would, I called this moving company for a quote to move my personal items I have no furniture just plastic totes about 15 to 20. The lady on the phone told me that her boss said $4500 to move 15 to 20 plastic totes. I told her that that was ridiculous what are you guys smoking? That is a ridiculous price,another company I called said it was $1500 and I thought that was alot of money.

After moving my appointment without my permission and texting me at 9pm on the 4th of July the weekend before my appointment, they showed up 3 hours late and charged me for another hour because of 25 minutes into the next hour to move a 1 bedroom apartment. And that was after I had to call 3 times for an update on where they were. Do not recommend. Gave the 1 star for moving efficiency.
Thanks for the moving efficiency star. As I recalled you call our company to tell us what a great job they made. I hope that people will have total honesty to say the real facts. We don’t move your schedule without your permission. We will never do that. You authorized us for the change.

Fernando and Brothers provided an outstanding moving experience! My wife and I recently relocated from Charlotte, NC, to Spartanburg, SC, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They handled all of our furniture with care, even going the extra mile to disassemble our bed and desks before the move and reassemble them at our new home. Unlike other moving companies in Charlotte that gave us overpriced quotes, Fernando and Brothers offered a fair price right away.

I cannot say enough POSITIVE things about Fernando and Brothers! From Becky in the office to the three movers at our move, they were INCREDIBLE! We called them less than 24 hours before our labor only move and they made it happen for us! Due to COVID-19, we wanted to ensure that our movers wore their masks and maintained social distancing. Unfortunately, we found that was not the case for many movers in Charlotte.
