If I could give zero stars I would. PLEASE trust the negative reviews and go look on YELP as well. I made the mistake of only looking on google which seems to have an inflated number of positive reviews compared to the service you will get. From beginning to end it was the worst move experience I have ever had and the customer service following was abysmal. They failed to resolve the issues or respond. Here’s the cliff notes: -I hired 3 movers and they showed up late and with only 2.
The guys were nice, but seemed inexperienced. They didn't have working equipment and didn't have the speed or strength of other professional movers. They also couldn't bring my sofa into my apartment and I had to do it myself afterward. The whole experience seemed like I could have done it faster by myself! Or with any random person. I feel like I paid for more time due to lack of experience and moving equipment from the crew I got. My bed frame was also damaged by the movers.
