Do not use this company. They backed into my vehicle and drove off without speaking with me. It has now been over 2 months going back and forth and now I’m being told that the insurance claim is being denied because they didn’t my insurance on this vehicle or drive. Even though the owner of this company admits fault. What a joke of a guy Still waiting for the drivers information so I can fill charges on the hit and run. Which I am sure I will never receive. They are not trust worthy and provide poor service.

I would highly recommend Finest Touch for any delivery needs. I had a pretty fussy delivery and Lewis never had an issue with any part of my request. The team was on time, courteous, efficient and cleaned up all of the packaging. The only way you could tell they were there was the beds were in the room. The fee was also about half of what the store was going to charge. I can’t imagine a better delivery experience with the great value that Finest Touch provides. You will be in great hands when you hire them.
I'm going to start out a 5 star review in a bizarre way by saying that my 5 star experience didn't start as a 5 star. Becker's warehouse/Furniture Mart & Finest Touch Delivery had issues with coordinating things, my couch delivery ended up being a few days delayed & ended up getting a minor damage on it. It was quite a frustrating experience! But both Becker/Furniture Mart & Louis Adams, Finest Touch owner, did everything they could to make it right for me, the customer!!!
Buy new furniture is hard by itself and buying furniture without measuring your house. Space verse is even worse, but I have to tell you fine as touch was up for the challenge. They took measurements and took their time to make sure that our furniture fit to go into our condo no matter how big the challenge was. They kept figuring it out and didn’t never give up. I don’t know about you but they deliver my furniture with professionalism.
