Worst possible service ever! The entire group, from moving, storage, delivering and even worse - customer service. There is nothing in their name that is even correct - they are only finest at shifting blame from their irresponsible movers and storage group. Not only did the movers initially not come prepared enough for the furniture they were moving (they ran out of moving blankets so they promised they would make sure our tables would be secured before being stored) but on delivery, one of the movers even…

Worst company I have ever done business with. I hired these guys to move an expensive dining table for the explicit reason for wanting it to not be damaged. This high end table was damaged when the movers dropped it from the truck. They couldn’t deliver it fast enough and hoped it didn’t get noticed. My wife noticed it was damaged only after she signed for it. With the delivery people still in our house, they merely said “you already accepted it”! I called to make an insurance claim and never got a return call!

The movers did not seem to be in an hurry to move my stuff which ended up costing more than the quote. The last company I used HUSTLED! They also put my headboard on backwards and left the door handles for my fridge at the old house. I called to let them know and no one EVER contacted me back! Will not recommend.

I'm shocked at the positive reviews, so I may have just had a bad experience. I move apartments every 1-2 years, so I've worked with many moving companies, and I've never had an issue. I found the employees here to be beyond slow. I moved every box myself before they came to make sure we stayed within the time limit. They went over the time limit, despite there being substantially less stuff than the quote was based on.

The crew was disorganized, they did not work together, and made a lot of non productive trips in and out of the townhouse. This resulted in the move taking longer then it should have. The crew lacked knowledge, experience and tools to take a bed apart! They showed no respect for our items. They put their tool box and tools, a mirror they took off a hutch , and other items on our unprotected dining table. The table arrived with a chipped edge.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their movers will leave boxes behind, cause damage to your home, and take no responsibility for their actions. I had a large piece of furniture that I asked to be moved upstairs in my new home. They said it would be difficult but they were confident they could do it. The crew also advised that if they started to move the furniture and did not think they would be able to successfully get the furniture upstairs that they would let me know and we could find a place on the first floor instead.

DO NOT USE THE DALLAS LOCATION. Sadly my moving experience was god awful, and I was hopeful to use them considering I had used the austin branch and had a wonderful experience. The Dallas location was incredibly disrespectful and incompetent. On moving day the movers failed to wrap items properly, poorly packed items, wasted time, FaceTimed on the job and to top it off one man used my bathroom wasting extended additional time.

I was told one price a day before the move then price was change to another price. They're ripped off. They told me $2900 total price to move the whole house then when they got finish the total came out to be $5000 dollar. They did not even move the whole house. They left many items behind. When I call them one of the manager start tell me I give them misleading information. He needs to be FIRED!!! He don't need to be a manager because has poor customer service skill and people skills.
