The 2 movers were careless with our 3 month old leather sleeper sofa. My husband advised them it would fit in the elevator, which it did when it was delivered, however the movers insisted on taking it down the stairwell. All 8 corners of my new $1,800.00 leather couch were torn and scuffed. We advised Scott of the damage and it took 2 months before he came out to even look at the damage. Scott did try to find a leather repair, but was unable. He gave us $200.00.

"Owner was great sales person but crew was 3 hours late, poorly staffed and trained. Owner indicated each piece of furniture would be wrapped, but many were left totally bare. They were poorly equipped, so i'm glad we had our own supplies (blankets, stretch wrap etc.) Re price, the owner indicated he always prices high, then calculates final price after move. For us, they didn't use the total hours estimated, but didn't adjust the price...even after several requests.

Scott, Brian, and Nathan were very professional and and carefully loaded and unloaded everything perfectly. My move was challenging because of the condo location, but they cheerfully worked through it and got the job done in just a few hours. They also allowed me to hold my load on the truck for a few days, which saved me hundreds of dollars, because I didn’t have to rent a POD for storage. I highly recommend First Class Delivery and Moving Services!

The responsiveness of Scott and his team in the wake of Hurricane Ian to help our family was exceptional. The guys were professional and made quick work of a huge packing and moving job that needed to get done immediately. The pricing was reasonable and the quality of the work was world-class. Scott and Brian did a great job helping finish up a bit of packing of art work and final misc. On time on pick up and early on unload. Everything stayed one truck and no transfer. Highly recommend, trusted, nice couple and company.

I had an appointment with Scott Ally from First Class Delivery and Moving Services. He was very professional and explained in detail the moving process. I decided to use College Hunks instead since they have more of a good feedback history. I turned into a nightmare. $2300 instead of $1550. Charged for service I did not want, but agreed to refund me for 1 hour even through it was 2 1/2 hours. Never provided refund. Should have gone with First Class Delivery.
