We had used this company previously and were satisfied. However, this time they arrived 40 min late without a stated reason and reeking of marijuana. Significantly inconvenienced us and our movers at the other end, and when we asked their boss for a discount we didn't receive a response. Though movers were communicative and thoughtful about packing, a few items were damaged. Look elsewhere for movers. Update: Business owner followed up and apologized, and stated that these movers were let go.

If I could give this service 0 stars I would. After being told the movers would arrive at 4 it was then moved to 4:30-5:30 at 5:30 they were supposedly 15 minutes away however nobody showed up our contact would not answer a phone call and just kept stating he was working on it and our movers phones died. by 7:30pm we had to move everything in ourselves. Absolutely ridiculous unprofessional company.

Unreliable. Never showed up. Scheduled move several weeks out and confirmed day before. Management & employees blamed each other. They claimed I provided incorrect contact information (even though we'd been communicating multiple times across the prior weeks) then ignored calls and refused to help after the no-show. Edit to respond to the owner (above unedited): My phone number in the email was correct and matched what I texted you from and is the correct number.

Showed up with 2 people to move a 500+ pound grand piano, we had to help move the piano ourselves because they didn’t bring enough people. Edit: seems like the owner responded, this claim is completely absurd, there were 10 steps that were not that steep, we had to call in 4 other people (!) to help the two guys move the piano, they charged us 300 dollars for a few extra steps and we had to compensate one of our own contractors because of a small injury they suffered moving the piano up.

We had a horrible moving experience with this company. The company confirmed with me several times that the movers would stay long enough to finish the moving job. After only two hours the two movers that came said that our time was up and they left to do another job. We had moved most of the boxes and smaller items ourselves the day prior, and primarily had hired the moves to help with moving our larger and heavier furniture.

I will start by saying the movers who assisted in move were all fantastic, efficient, and polite. After a 4 hour move my husband and I noticed our television was broken, I reached out to the owner to convey this only to be met with defensiveness and hostility. He insisted that my television was broken prior to the move and his guys “don’t drop anything” this argument went back and forth for almost an hour until one of the movers called me himself and after clarification realized the tv had been damaged in the…

These guys were very personable and nice while packing our trailer; and they responded to instructions from us like they were going to follow them. However, when we unpacked the trailer in TX, we found a number of items were damaged due to not being packed the way we asked. For example, I asked them to take the legs off the coffee table for packing on the truck, they said they would, but they didn’t and one leg as fully destroyed during transport.

Don't do it! Trust me you will get ripped off! They will send inexperienced workers that will move slow as your bill goes up and when things are done incorrectly. The owner will get defensive and insult you. Dont pay to get insulted and ripped off. Ignore the fake positive reviews. Look at the owners response and the insults and excuses throughout. Make your own judgment. Is this how you you want to be treated and spoken to and about by someone you hire . The pictures speak for themselves.
