In their own words
Don’t use these people if you want your stuff. They will break a lot of stuff and lose stuff. They will tell you to take pictures of broken stuff and email it to them and you will never get anything from it. I would not let them move a dog.
Drivers have absolutely no concern for the safety of other motorists. One of their cars (Honda Accord) was flying down hwy 82 at a minimum of 80 mph cutting off and tailgating anyone in their path.
Terrible experience - they damaged several items including dropping our refrigerator off their truck - difficult to deal with after the move - would not recommend

They were awesome! Super communicative and quick! Nothing was broken or damaged, despite having to go down 2 difficult and narrow flights of stairs. They were so nice and very careful! Would 100% use again!

I highly recommend using first klass for all your moving needs. They showed up on time and worked very efficiently. They did everything we asked them too and were kind and friendly as well.
First Klass Movers came through on very short notice when several other companies could not. They showed up when they said they would, handled everything with care, and had it packed and out the same day. Communication was clear from the first call to the last update, and the final invoice matched the quote exactly. I was coordinating the whole thing from out of state, sight unseen, and never had to worry about it. That says a lot. Highly recommended.
First Klass Movers is truly first class. J.D. runs an exceptional company. He was always available to answer questions, and his team was fantastic. Although I was only moving a short distance away, they had my 3-bedroom house on the truck, transported, and unloaded in less than 4 hours. Everyone was lively at 8 a.m. for the move, and they handled everything with care.
