These guys are students not movers unfortunately. My items got damaged!! THEY DIDNT KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING . THEN I ASKED IF THEY WERE GONNA PAY FOR DAMAGES BUT THEY GHOSTED ME . HIRING A REAL MOVER NEXT TIME !!

The guys that did the actual moving were fantastic…on time, pleasant and careful with my belongings. The issue was with the bill…the company lied about the cost of moving. It was discussed that the fee would be $240 per hour with 3 hr min. …
I am fully satisfied with the crew and their handling of move, However accounts and their handler unsatisfactory. Given estimate and agreed amount was not charged on my card. $300 dollar extra charged on my card beside promised.

We cannot say enough about the amazing experience we had with Five College Movers! The communication through the process was smooth and easy, and any questions we had answered quickly. On the day of our move, the movers arrived a few minutes early and even called us on the way to let us know they were on the way. We quickly gave them a walk through, and then they got to work. They were cautious with our belongings and our home, and still worked quickly and efficiently.
Right from the initial contact they were great to work with; the estimated provided was right on and they were very flexible working with us on a move date. The 3 guys who were in charge of our move were prompt, courteous, and friendly. They were very careful with our stuff and took the time to ensure everything was wrapped and protected. When we arrived at our new home they ensured everything was where it needed to be. I would highly recommend 5 College Movers.
We've heard all about Five College Movers from listening to the Voice of the Minutemen Jay Burnham on UMass Basketball and Football broadcasts. We had incredibly high expectations, but they somehow exceeded them! I thought I'd made the mistake of asking for only one truck for our former 4 bedroom home, but our crew of absolute studs somehow found a way to make everything fit in a safe, clean, orderly fashion. I could literally feel the stress fading away once they started loading our furniture.
The moving team arrived on time, very friendly. They figured the most efficient moving strategy and started to work immediately. The whole moving process is very smooth and professional. We have 2 sofa beds and 1 queen size bed, a dinning table with 4 chairs, TV and some other stuff. The team finished moving from Hartford to Umass Amherst within 3 hours from packing and unpacking. Great job 👍. Thanks for their hard work.
