This was a really smooth experience from start to finish. The online rental process was fast and easy, and Rick in the office was friendly, helpful, and made everything simple. I loved that I could buy the lock right there instead of having to make another stop. Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service! We moved from California and arrived on a Saturday afternoon, only to find out our apartment complex didn’t have our garage ready as promised and couldn’t give us any timeline for when it would be ready. In a stressful situation with our moving truck scheduled to leave Monday morning, we found Five Star Storage on Sunday and were able to get everything set up quickly and smoothly. They made the process incredibly easy when we needed it most.

I have been a customer of this storage facility for 7 years. Through that entire time Rick Clark has been an absolute gem to work with. When ownership of the facility changed a few years ago the transition was a bit rough. But I stayed because the new owners chose to keep Rick as the site manager. I think so highly of him that I chose to rent an additional space to help our kids store their household goods after they relocated back to Montana from Georgia.
