Have moved many times and hands down is the worst movers I have ever used. We paid to have them pack and move us from DeLand to DeBary. My husband is disabled and so am I so we wanted this to be as stress free as possible. We were given a flat rate for the move. I thought a little expensive but I also realized that packing can really add to cost. We downsized by donating several items which were initially seen during the assessment. A couch, the master bedroom set and several smaller items.
If there was any miscommunication, we are working to correct it! Thanks for the feedback Debbie
Do not use Flagler movers!! Workers are good owner is horrible businessman.They damaged refrigerator moving my stuff out said they would take care of it and when they came back owner had an attitude!?? Not I’m sorry just we are not paying for damage you should have purchased extra insurance. Then left me hanging and didn’t move my furniture back. Good thing I found great moving company and they moved my furniture in the next day.

I paid a lot of money to have them move me and store my stuff for a few days. Upon getting the furniture delivered to my home, the movers who were bringing things in informed us that another mover that was helping them get things out of storage shut the tailgate on our furniture. When looking at our furniture; our dining room table was ruined, there was a gash taken out of the wood legs. We had a box of 3 vases broken into pieces. Our leather couch was gouged into. We have kitchen chairs that have gashes in them.
This is not a client of ours she has us confused with someone else. This was during the covid pandemic and we did not store any furniture during this time.
The men who moved us were great. It is the owner and the estimator that I have a problem with. The estimate was so far below what I actually got charged. It’s ridiculous. I would never recommend this company. Couldn’t find the screws for our tables but I was still charged the hour they discussed the situation. Missing items and a ton of broken items. Hoping they reimburse for those.

Horrible experience. We had a Grand Piano- BEAND NEW - that we needed moved to our new house. This company was recommended as they have moved pianos before for people we know. When it arrived - DESTROYED. A large hold in the piano. My husband and I were baffled. The company did NOTHING to fix what their drivers had done. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Hello Jacob. There was obviously some sort of misunderstanding because we are in business to make money and no one could make any money sending 2 men to move a 500 lb chiropractic chair down a flight of stairs for 115$ so I think that you heard what you wanted to hear and went with that.

Huge Shout-out to these guys! Everything was incredible! From the people in the office to the movers and everything in-between! Very appreciative of Ed and Matt especially! They made a frustrating move for my parents into an easy process! Dad has always been the type to do things on his own but that's no longer an option. As you can imagine, he was very involved in the process and I appreciate their patience and professionalism throughout! Everything was wrapped and taken care of!

This moving company has been the most satisfactory one I've used to date, unlike others that proved to be unreliable, with two instances of scams and another resulting in damaged furniture. However, Lance Moving Storage exceeded my expectations by sending three professionals, Mat, Paul, and Johnny, who completed the task efficiently within the allotted time. Their exceptional professionalism and kindness were noteworthy.

I had a move today and had a very pleasant experience. I had a couple of very difficult pieces and they were handled with care and professionally done. I would highly recommend Terry and his crew for a very professional move. Mario took extra care and was pleasant to work with. Its amazing to watch a professional moving crew work. Very efficient.
