Since I got an email saying they were going to sued I’ll deff update this. 0 stars! The guys work their butts off and get it done. I give this a bad rating and deff recommend going somewhere else because of how inconsiderate the manager or whoever she is. She treats horrible and was so rude to me and my husband who were also the clients!!!!! . I went out of my way to get them bagels and cream cheese and she told them they could not eat they were there to work. . Yes, I understand.
First time using this company. The movers showed up two hours early. Luckily my building allowed me to take the elevator early. The move felt rushed and they didn’t seem to try to move stuff up the stairs.l in my house. Would just say “wont fit” they stripped my bed screws because the lady in charge was rushing everything. The estimate they gave us was way off from what I was charged for. Why even provided an estimate???? I would recommend looking elsewhere.
In short they stole my money! They quoted me $780 for 3 hrs. The appointment was at 4 PM we finished before 7:44 PM. The had me sign a bunch of paperwork before we started. All lines were blank, they filled them out later when we were …
We don't have time for games while trying to move. Flat Fee Moving wasted a lot of our time and I was very disappointed by this company. We asked to speak to the owner, but they said he wasn't in so the manager, "Danny" which was him would speak with us and he was extremely rude to us and everyone in the area. Movers man handled furniture. Lost items and did not care about fragile labeled items. Ceramic floor tiles were cracked by movers because they slammed heavy sharp item to the floor. The absolute worst moving company in New Jersey!!

In their own words
1st time using a moving company and went with Flat Fee Moving for our move. They had transparent pricing and no surprise charges (tolls and packaging tape surcharge was disclosed) post the move. The driver, Laura, and the moving team were very careful securing the furniture and placing them in the right rooms. They made sure the furniture was lifted (and not dragged on our new Hardwood floors), properly assembled the furniture back, and returned mattress cover provided by us.

Today Laura, Henry and Santos moved me from Saddle Brook to Tom’s River, NJ. They were awesome! Very punctual, super friendly and unbelievably accommodating, such a great experience! From the start speaking with Danny and Lizzie to the end, definitely recommend using Flat Fee Moving.
