First of all they gave me a quote and ended up charging way more than expected. Then it took me a while to realize that all my furniture had missing legs. My entire bedroom and my daughters bedroom. They assembled everything without them except for my bedroom which they just left on the floor. They couldn’t finish assembling because their boss told them time was up. I was convinced I’d find my missing pieces in a box somehwere but nothing was ever found.

Worst experience with this moving company plasma tv screen was cracked made a report and they didn’t care of the customer. Recommend anyone not to hire this company if you don’t want your goods to by damaged by unprofessional employees

They definitely pull the bait and switch. They tell you one price, and it's far above that, and then if you don't pay, they hold your stuff hostage. I would absolutely look elsewhere if you need moving or storage services. * How seriously do you take these reviews if it took you 5 years to respond?

DO NOT HIRE I wish I could leave ZERO STARS. We hired this company to help clean up a storage area on the lower level of our house and move the items to a different area. While they did move everything, a few very valuable items seemingly vanished into thin air once the clean up was done. We knew EXACTLY where the items were before the company arrived and once they left the items were gone. Additionally the movers took it upon themselves to decide what items were trash without asking.

We used this company a few months ago. Our move from our current location to the new location was only 5 minutes apart. Upon moving into the place I noticed that they had somehow dropped and broke the screen to our 50 inch TV. The cord to the shedder machine was cut. These things were all done without the movers even making mention of the damages. Not only did they damage our items but they also took a bulk of bathroom essentials to be more specific (Toilet paper).

Be extremely wary of hiring these movers. Several items of extreme monetary and emotional value disappeared as the men worked. The response from the company was "the men didn't see anything". As no one else besides the movers was at the house, that's an unacceptable response. The movers threw several items into a trash pile without consulting with us as to whether the items were, in fact, trash. They are not. The movers were also in an area of the house where they did not have permission to be.
Terrible experience with this company. Moved cross country from NJ to OR and was supposed to have 24HR advance notice for delivery. The driver contacted me on the day of the move around 8 am. with an ETA of 12 pm. The truck arrived around 4 pm, I moved all the boxes myself while the driver unloaded, and the helper stood around.

I gave them all the info what materials i have to carry and they gave me 3 hours estimate, it was really dissappointing , they charged me over hour, if they give you hourly estimate just consider they will charge you extra hours Plus extra charge ( tape and materials they use) The house i moved was only 4 miles away but they loaded from first place they came after 30 minutes, it was unbelieveable.
