👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽STAY AWAY. SHORT TEMPERED, UNPROFESSIONAL,RUDE ARROGANT HORRIBLE SERVICE. On Saturday February 10th at approximately 11 A.M I went into Uhaul of Paterson expecting to be treated with hospitality, Instead I was greeted with very stern bothersome faces by both the manager and the receptionist. They appeared as though they didn't want to be there. They had the energy as if I was bothering them. I stated I wanted to rent a cargo van and she began the check in.
I’m very disappointed with the service at the U-Haul Paterson location. This is the second time this week that I’ve made a reservation and then received a call saying the vehicle/equipment was not available. The first time, I reserved a 5x8 trailer, and after making the reservation, I was called and told they didn’t have it available. Today, I received another call saying the van I reserved had a damaged tire and could not be used.
BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY WHEN PUTTING IN YOUR CARD I HAVE SUFFERED A FRAUD ON THEIR PART SINCE I MADE A SERVICE AND I HAD ALREADY PAID WITH A TICKET INCLUDED AND AFTER DAYS I CHECKED MY APP AND THEY CHARGED ME $120 AGAIN without my authorization without calling me to tell me What happened or because I went to the store and they didn't give me a solution, they didn't know why the charge since no one had or called me, a lady answered who promised to call me in a few days to find out what happened and it's…
I drove for 78 miles then filled up the tank with gas right before dropping it then i got a bill for driving over 100 miles and a 30$ refill fee for dropping the van with 2 lines of gas only. i went to them in person to prove that they …
They allowed me to make a reservation and would not honor it once I arrived. They tried to force me to add insurance because “people steal” from here. That is NONE of the clients business. A complete waste of time. Don’t go here!
Terrible experience will never go back to this location the employees are disgruntled and management was useless and because they where angry I was charged extra for gas that was not used on the vehicle
Can't say I had a good time here. The people aren't very nice. Very attitudy. I wouldn't rent anything from a place that is rude. I'm glad I left.
Gas was not full thank and was told to return the vehicle in full. I paid extra $20 in gas, they did not care when I told them.

This is the absolute BEST Uhaul store! Every single representative is very professional, helpful, and kind. They have all the supplies you could possibly need for a move, and the store is clean and well organized. They really went above and beyond for us, and we couldn't be more grateful. We purchased a large expandable tv box and it wouldn't fit in our jeep, so they delivered it to us same day.
