I made an appt with Hazel moving last Friday and 45 minutes before my appt, they told me that they couldn't get to me until very late so we rescheduled for 9am the next day. Well, 9am came and went and no one showed up. Upon calling the office, they told me that the person who scheduled me for the next morning has the day off. Why schedule an estimate on your day off? When I called the office to see what happened, the person who answered told me that they would personally come by at 3pm to do my estimate.

I recently used Hazel Moving Company for my relocation and couldn't be more pleased with their service. From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism and efficiency that exceeded my expectations. The team arrived promptly on moving day and handled all my belongings with care, ensuring everything was packed securely and transported safely. Their attention to detail was impressive, as they meticulously wrapped fragile items and carefully maneuvered bulky furniture through tight spaces without any damage.
Hazel moving was outstanding. We've moved many times, and fortunately have never had a bad experience - but - Hazel stepped it up a significant notch compared with every other mover we've used in the past. Specifically: 1) We are moving out of town and building a new house, so we need to put things in storage for up to a year. In the effort of thinning down - and selling/giving away a lot of furniture, books, clothing - we fell way behind on our packing.
They arrived on time. They protected the floor and the furniture. They worked hard for 12 hours straight. Very reasonable rate. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you, Rad. You did what you said you would do

I am SO thankful I found these guys. My move was last minute and I didn't have any time to pre-organize or pack fully, and I was single-handed too. These guys handled everything and made me feel reassured--it's like they were my team! At one point (fairly early) on move day, they realized that I was flying solo and just jumped into action. They helped pack up my items (securely), carry things up/down my flight of stairs (during wet, winter weather!), helped take piles trash to the where it needed to go.
