We had a terrible experience with this company. My wife provided them with every single detail of our move and even asked them to come in person to give an accurate quote, which they refused. Instead, we showed everything over a video call and were quoted $850. On moving day, the truck arrived an hour early. We already had all small items packed in boxes. The movers then claimed the job was “bigger than expected” and suddenly changed the price to $2,400.
Hello, sorry your bad experience; when we arrive to your house you have three times your original estímate.Also, you disputed your inicial deposit of $350.
My mom’s 1970s jukebox was not handled with care like I was promised. My mom’s rocking chair since I was a baby. Both items broken and irreplaceable. Find another packing company that does care.
0/10. This had to be one of the worst experiences of our lives. The communication, professionalism and efficiency were nonexistent. My husband scheduled our move with Ben without issue for Monday between 8-10am. Come Monday, we spent most of the day calling the company and either getting no response or being told they would call us back and never actually doing so. We had been told they were trying to get in touch with the movers, but they didn’t answer.
We hear your frustration and sincerely apologize for the scheduling confusion and our late arrival on Tuesday. The communication gaps and delays regarding your time window fell short of our standard, and we completely own that mistake.
Steve & his crew were phenomenal! Arrived on time and packed up 2 trucks completely, in 6 hours. Delivery on the other hand…I had next day service. Which turned into 3 days later & I still have not received everything. The only phone call I got was a run around from Carlos, who will not return my phone calls. I guess expect nothing, hope for the best. Good luck if you’re on a deadline.
