Horrible service. The moving service is a scam. My furnitures were dented and treated carelessly. They even made a hole in my new apartment wall. They don’t hire movers responsibly. One of the movers was unprofessional and said uncomfortable things. Their customer service don’t respond to your complaints on time. They claim they respond to complaints in 7-10 business days but actually they never responded in over half a month. Stay away from this company.

I booked moving services for September 26, 2025, about a month in advance. The company assured me everything was set and collected a $200 deposit to secure the reservation. However, despite confirming my appointment several times before via phone, text, and email, on the evening before my scheduled move, a time that is already stressful, they called to inform me they could no longer accommodate my booking due to “operational issues.” This forced me to scramble last minute to find another provider so I could vacate…

Deceptive, dishonest, thieves. I was quoted 3-3.5 hours for my move. DURING my move Flex tried to charge me for 4 hours, claiming that was my quote when it was NOT. I was charged for 3 hours but my move book nearly an hour less than that. Rather than refunding me as promised flex BILLED me for additional time and conveniently no one is around to respond to why this happened or to issue a refund.

I hired them to move my one bedroom apartment 20 minutes away. They arrived late. They didn’t really seem like they knew what they were doing they damaged a lot of my furniture including my brand new entertainment center. They dropped multiple boxes right in front of me because they were trying to put too much on a dolly at once because they were rushing after disappearing for 30 minutes. And to top it all off they charged my card for another $87 two days later saying there was hours unaccounted for.

I got bait & switched at Flex Moving. They took advantage of an urgent request & ended up charging more than twice the original agreed upon amount. My belongings were held hostage until I paid their inflated price.

They charged my credit card several times without my authorization. They kept my property at an undisclosed location after I gave them the storage unit address to deliver my property. Now they are charging me fees to obtain my own possessions which I have not had access to for months. They are a bait with low rates and switch to higher rates after they get your deposit and switch to higher rates for you to receive their belongings.

It’s interesting to see a 4.9 rating here but if I look at Reddit or others, I see the same experience I had. The movers arrived with two small squares with wheels (no dollies) to move a fully furnished one bedroom apartment!!! How convenient, it took close to 5 hours just to load!! When we arrived to my moving destination my father had the correct dollies, the unload took 1.5 hours. Go figure!!!! I was definitely over charged and charged without my consent or approval of the final amount.

The only good thing I could say is that they arrived on time. The movers showed up with a 14 ft trailer to move a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment. They severely scratched and dented my furniture they also left scratches on the walls at the apartment and at the new place. Not only was my table scratched but it fell off the dolly and a nice size piece of wood came off. They gave me a 2 hr window to load and 1 hour to unload. They ended up only taking 1 hour to load and 45 minutes to unload.
