The worst moving company in all of Jax. Movers showed up without the proper equipment, dropped my furniture and belongings, damaged my items, and would not wrap anything nor was anything handled with care. One of the movers was having a huge attitude and blamed the company. They charged me $660 for 2 hours before they even showed up. Movers did not know anything proper moving, and we had to ask them to leave.

DO NOT USE FLEX STORAGE!! - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! Nearly everything we owned was stolen and the rest was damaged. My wife and I used Flex to hold and transport nearly everything we owned when we were moving into our new house. Two containers. The first container was broken into while they were holding it for us, all that remained was our 3-step ladder and a charcoal grill. Everything else was gone.

Terrible experience with this company. Hired 2 movers and a truck. Only 1 mover showed up. 2nd showed up over 2 hours late. We had to help the single mover (who was very nice and explained the other mover was new and didn't know why he was not there). The company inflated my original quote (from $500 to $900+) due to this delay... when I spoke with them and I declined my card being charged, they stated I would get a call back to resolve this (they hold your items hostage to drop off to second location).

I contacted Flex Moving and Storage several weeks in advance to schedule a move for 11/7/2025. I took off work and cancelled another income producing event. They asked for a credit card to hold the date at that time. On 11/5/2025, they charged $200 as a deposit. They never told me they had planned to charge my card. On 11/6/2025 at 7:40 pm, they called and said there was a problem and could not do the move as scheduled. They tried to schedule for 11/8/2025 but I had another event scheduled.

The Worst Moving Experience I’ve Ever Had!! I rarely leave negative reviews, but after everything that happened with Flex Moving & Storage, I feel obligated to warn others. I hired Flex because I paid for their Diamond (Premium) moving package, expecting a professional, high-quality move. Instead, the entire experience became one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The problems started on moving day.

2 stars for convince of units, but their billing department is really unorganized and is slow to respond. The communication within the company is really bad. When we decided to leave the unit on-site verses storing off-site, and I called and requested that my reservation be updated well in advance. I was still charged the storage fee. I requested that they credit my account towards our next pickup and they couldn't do that. I had to wait 10 days for a refund even though it was their error.
We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with your recent move. This is certainly not the service standard we aim to provide, and we are actively investigating the details to understand what went wrong and ensure it doesn't happen again.
Hired for an "easy" job of only furniture and 5-6 boxes; we'd already handled kitchen, bathrooms, and closets. Horrific experience: 1. Sent wrong sized truck; had to reschedule for next day. 2. Sent too few movers (though I'll note one of the two was excellent; the other was literally--and I'm not exaggerating--wearing slippers and PJs). 3.

Edited Review: Stephanie from Flex has worked to resolve this issue. Pay the extra money and use another company. I moved from Atlanta to Jacksonville FL and the service was horrible the entire time. I can only give Terrance and Kendrick in Atl who were the actual movers kudos. They were the only good part of this entire 3 day transaction. Horrible customer service from Aaron and the other movers. I was also given incorrect information from the customer support team.
