In their own words
Scheduled an on site estimate for a move, got several email reminders about the appointment. I called the day of to confirm the location, no answer. Then 8 minutes before the scheduled time I get a call that they dont have onsite estimates at 9am.
We would like to again apologize for the mix up on your Estimate appt this morning and will work with the team to ensure we don't make a mistake like this again. We understand your frustration and wish you the best with your move!

Stewart Moving was amazing to work with! They gave me an accurate window to expect them as well as a call when they were 30 minutes out. They listened to my preference of how I would like things delivered and were efficiently careful with my things. Thomas, the lead, was extraordinarily responsive and courteous. My military shipment came in 2 waves. Another company delivered the first half and it went terribly. Stewart's team was a relief by comparison- professional, uniform, prepared, and incredibly nice.

We started planning a move to South America in 2017 and met Greg Merritt, VP Sales with Stewart Moving shortly thereafter. Our move was delayed by the sale of our home, CV-19 and other related issues. Greg stayed in touch, visited our home on various occasions to provide moving education, planning and accurately estimated the cost of the process. The move was on time, without damage to our home contents and under budget!

Stewart Moving & Storage has been storing the contents of my 4Brm./2Ba. Household Goods move following my Permeant Change of duty Station from Virginia to Florida over the past year (Due to my frequent Deployment schedule). A week ago I had the pleasure of visiting the warehouse to view the condition of my belongings, as I was preparing to inevitably have to discard any boxes or furniture that may have gotten damaged from weather or worker negligence.
Ms. Walker, we are humbled by your words and appreciate the time you took to share your feelings. We are happy to hear that you are relieved to know that your items are in good hands, while you are out defending our country. We thank you for your service.
Stewart Moving & Storage was the final handoff for the delivery of our household goods (through Royal Hawaiian Movers/Dewitt Move Worldwide). I would think that anyone moving their household goods from one state to another would feel anxious about the condition of their possessions once they receive it. I'm happy to say that we are all relieved to receive it in the same condition when we sent it out!
