If I could give them a negative number I would. Eric the owner gives terrible customer service and will harass the heck out of you. For being in the moving business he doesn’t seem to grasp that things change at any moment. He took our deposit and then will continue to harass you and call you multiple times. We had to change our moving date and he kept the deposit for a service he didn’t provide. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting person to speak with.
In May 2025, I hired Florida Boys Moving & Storage to do a full pack and move me from Wesley Chapel to Jacksonville. I chose this company after reading thru lots of reviews for different companies and feeling good about my conversation with Eric. My things were moved into a large storage unit since I was not moving into my new place until late Feb 2026. Well, here we are. My move took place two days ago and I am finding out that my belongings were packed horribly! The boxes were labeled incorrectly or not at all.
I was initially excited to work with the company given the high reviews and recommendations. Unfortunately, their inflexibility, unwillingness to work with me, and unethical practices deterred me away. …

I had a great experience with Florida Boys from start to finish. Joseph & Jacob were absolutely fantastic... quick, professional, and incredibly polite throughout. They worked efficiently, showed up on time, all while being careful with my belongings, and they both had such friendly, upbeat attitudes throughout the move. It was hot outside, but you would never know it from their positive energy and work ethic. They made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and easy.

Jacob and Joseph arrived on time, and worked diligently and efficiently to help us finish packing our fragile items and move our furniture into storage in preparation for a renovation. They were polite, kind, friendly, and an all-around pleasure to work with. They took great care with our belongings, asked all the right questions about where we wanted things to go, and did all of the heavy lifting we could not do ourselves with ease and with efficiency.

So I had good Greek moving and storage do my first move from South Florida to Wesley Chapel. They do a 25% surcharge on the total amount and don’t explain that to you as well as an additional hour of pay that goes to god knows where. They originally quoted me 2800 for the move then told me 4800 upon arrival at the destination. They refused to take anything off the truck until I paid. My dad and I were working as hard as the movers to get stuff unloaded so I wouldn’t be charged more.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the BEST experience with Florida Boys Moving today! This was our move into our first home, so it was a really special day for us and Tony and Jacob made it even better. They were incredibly quick, efficient, and so personable. From the moment they arrived, you could tell they genuinely cared about our belongings and treated everything with so much respect while loading and unloading. What really stood out to us was their attention to detail.
