Absolutely the worst babies I've encountered! And vandalism! I noticed that my 100 yr old grandma's car, who had passed away right before the move, was damaged by the movers. It had a butt marked dent in the trunk. I had it in the 3rd car spot in a 3 car garage all the way over out of the way and no reason to even be near it. Nobody had drove it before or after bc it was not registered out of my grandmother's name yet with no car insurance and I was going to sell it. Unbelievable how the baby boys were acting.
Hello, we have responded to your previous review. Unfortunately it does not look like our location has help you our your family move. There are a fair amount of companies using a similar name. We apologize that your experience with another mover did not go well.
We moved from Texas to St. Petersburg via PODS. We used Two Men and Truck in Texas. They were fantastic and everything was great. You can see my great review I left them. My experience with Two Men and a Truck Clearwater has not been near the service quality in Texas. Two men showed up when we asked for three (which was fine) but then the third guy showed up two hours later.
Jen, I’m really sorry for the frustrating experience you had with our Clearwater team—especially the delayed crew arrival, the billing not matching what you agreed to, and the lack of follow-up when you tried to reach our office.
Quote was bogus. I was completely honest with Alex about how much stuff I had and when I got the itemized list it was way less than what was discussed. I attempted several times to call them and have the document updated based on what was discussed to no avail. I was charged way more than the quote. I was charged for a deposit that wasn’t subtracted from the final amount. They broke my lamp, scratched my dining table and chipped my coffee table. I am devastated. They took my lamp with them never to be seen again.

I'm not typically someone who leaves negative reviews and I was really surprised to see all the extremely positive reviews for this franchise because we had a terrible experience! We hired them in August 2024 for an out-of-state move because, like most, they are rated highly on google and other sites. Issue #1: To start, the manager who came out and estimated our job significantly underestimated it and were sold on "x" price for the entire job. Then the day of the move arrives.

To ask to reschedule a move to another day is so incredibly rude and inconsiderate of the time, energy, and stress that goes in to moving. I can’t believe your mover actually asked me that after already being late. Don’t hire Two Men and a Truck unless you enjoy being lied to, nobody returning your calls, and don’t care about wasting your hard earned PTO for a move-in day.
Hi Samantha, we're sorry to hear that we were not able to complete your move as scheduled. We understand how difficult it is to fit moving into busy schedules and how important it is to keep it on time.
It took them 2 hrs longer than they originally quoted us (which was 2, they doubled it) even though we told them exactly what they were moving and gave them all the information they could of needed to plan ahead. It took them 35 minutes to park the truck, minutes which we paid for. Numerous times throughout the move I had to physically help them move things because they weren't prepared or were taking entirely to long (not little things, I had to help pick up a safe and a bar).
The saga started with our move from Florida to South Carolina. The team started with not properly padding items and only wrapping with cellophane. Then they started stacking items onto other items that should have not been on the bottom of the pile. I believed I had hired professionals so I let them do their work. Big mistake. When the truck was opened 3 days later in South Carolina my wife's and my heart sunk. Item after item came off of that truck damaged beyond belief.
Eric, I’m really sorry to hear about the damage during your Florida to South Carolina move and the frustrating delays you experienced trying to get help afterward. This isn’t the standard we expect from our team, and I understand how upsetting it is to feel ignored after paying for added coverage.
Complete rip off. I will never use this company again. We had all of our stuff packed and ready to move and they still took 4 hours just to pack up our house and then another 4 hours to put the items in a storage unit. They definitely take their time, so they can get the most money out of you. Don't use this company. Update... I tried to call the local office to get things fixed after the movers broke our storage unit, dining room table and multiple other items.

From them arriving to pack us up to the last box being placed in our new home, every step of the process was seamless, professional, and stress-free. The team was fast, efficient, and professional, and they even managed to arrive an hour early, after confirming that I would be ready in time. They deftly handled my furniture and made my move much smoother than if I'd tried to manage it myself, and they charged a fair price.
