The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Todd was an amazing help concerning my Dad's estate. We communicated mostly by phone due to living out of the area. He was professional and accomodating when closing things out. Thank you for everything Todd! (I apologize for not writing this review sooner)
Thank you Heather. Todd Moore loved helping others, and had such a great heart for people. Unfortunately, he lost his battle with cancer several months ago. It is so heart breaking. It is so fitting you wrote that so close to his birthday.
I am a Manager at a self storage facility so I know what I am talking about here. This place is one of the nicest, cleanest, well managed facilities that I have ever had the pleasure to rent from. In a very stressful situation, the assistant manager was extremely helpful and he made the whole transition painless. The prices are some of the best because I did my research first. I cannot say enough good things about this facility.
Thank you for your thoughtful and kind review. Kelsey will be thrilled to see it. We appreciate your business!
If you are looking for a place to store your items, look no further! This place has plenty of storage size options and they have very good prices for storage units. If it’s your first time renting a unit with them, they let you use their moving truck for free and their employees are very helpful, friendly and have great customer service.
Thank you so much for the nice review and your business. I'm glad you were able to take advantage of the free truck rental.
Todd is absolutely amazing. He goes over and above and tries to help in any way he can. He's always very responsive and helpful. We've been a customer for several years, and never even think of going anywhere else when we need storage. Excellent customer service in Todd! Thank you again!
Thank you so much for the kind review. We appreciate that you've been a long time customer.
