In their own words
I carried my keyboard to Fox Music for repair. I took my board in because the power source was damaged and my keyboard would not come on.. I was charged $90.00 in advance. I kept calling and calling to see when my instrument would be ready. I finally got a call from them saying something else was wrong. I told them that I wanted it fix. Fox Music kept my board so long that I finally went to get it, and they had the nerve to keep my deposit. I finally found out that they did something to it.
After my third piano purchase, and a long history of broken promises and questionable business practices I finally returned the brand new Yamaha baby grand that I had just purchased from Fox Music House. I was charged a $3,000.00 "restocking fee ". I thing it speaks pretty poorly of a business if someone is willing to lose 3K in order to not have to do business with them anymore.
Sorry for your experience and glad you were able to finally find a piano to meet your needs.
Was told i could come get my guitar restrung after 1pm and to call so they could open the door. When i get there noone answers phone to open door. What a waste of my lunch break. Bad first impression
Dez, We apologize for the confusion. Our store is open by appointment currently and working to keep individual contact at a distance. I can make an appointment or pickup your guitar curbside and do the string work while you wait.
Whoever drives that truck needs to learn how to drive. Driving extremely dangerous. Weaving in and out of traffic and tailgating. 6:15pm on Dorchester rd. On 8/21/2024

This is *another* major purchase for me from the friendly and reliable Fox Music people; I daresay, even friends! Kendal has been simply amazing; cheerful, knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. My go-to person whenever I need help! Charles is the man when you need help with keyboards. He was there for my first purchase; happy to reconnect again! And finally, I can't forget Simon. HE was there when I showed up up too early.

Efficient, safe, and affordable. Quoted us great price (under two other piano movers), and very skilled. Moved a piano down a curvy staircase without any trouble. Would highly recommend!
I am extremely impressed with Fox Music House, and in particular Mr. Charles Miller. In a complicated transaction over a digital keyboard, Mr. Miller offered to make a miscommunication (that he was not even a part of) right--going way above and beyond normal proedures to make sure that I was satisfied with the outcome.
Initial Contact: Bert & Danny were amazing! I am extremely grateful that we chose FOX Music for our soundboard upgrade and stage light troubleshooting needs. They both were calm, patient, and not pushy. They took time to find out what our needs were & gave some advice for upgrades. They took a small step approach where Danny suggested that we use one of there lighting units temporarily to see if that would resolve the issue with our stage lights not coming on and it did fix the problem.
