In their own words
We hired this company over the summer to help us with a move. They sent 2 men. We gave them a rough idea beforehand of what we thought the job would be. The job ended up taking longer than we had anticipated. We alerted the workers once we realized the move was going to be a lot more time to complete. They assured us it was no problem and they’d stay until the job was completed as they had no other appointments. We agreed to pay them the extra hours they were there and we tipped them out graciously (hundreds).
You know I would like this get to me, however tell the truth. Nope I'll do this, any body that reads the reviews, you can go to the BBB and get the truth, about their move. She's disappointed that the BBB agreed with my response to her husband complaint against my company.
God forbid you use the wrong description when getting a verbal quote from these guys. They'll send two people for the job and charge you for three because your moving trailer had a ramp. Then you'll find damage to half of your belongings …
