On the advice of my Realtor, I used this company. They are the worst. To move 5 miles they charged me 10 hours. They worked like snails, damaged my sixth-month old refrigerator, and lost my shoe racks. How do you lose something? They were probably left on the truck and they sold them on eBay or something. They broke the wheels on my file cabinet, too. I moved from Massachusetts to Florida and my wheels were fine.
This customer was quite possibly the worst, most disingenuous, rude and disrespectful customer we have ever encountered. Crudely cursing out our employees who worked so hard to serve them. I won’t go any further in describing this … More
Showed up 6 1/2 hours late with a lame excuse… Had a U-Haul truck too small to move a one bedroom apartment left half of my things at my house because they didn’t have room on their truck so I had to move them with my SUV then broke my TV and told me once they left, that they weren’t responsible and their insurance deductible was too high for them to worry about it taking this company to small claims court. I would advise never use them.

Friendly enough team but damage caused to my property and their truck bled oil onto my driveway that I will have to pay to get cleaned due to HOA compliance. The proprietor tried to make it right with a discount but still a not so pleasant experience.

Amazing company! They actually pick up the phone, and you get to speak with a real person. You truly get great value for your money. The movers were quick, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. Most importantly, they handled everything with care and treated our belongings like their own. Highly recommend!
In this day in age; in which customer service and accountability are non-existant, Frank and Justin were the antithesis! They exceeded My expectations & moved My high end, very heavy hand-made imported--- Italian furniture into one of My properties in Daytona Beach Florida! Frank and Justin executed the whole moving process like pros! They were extremely pleasing to work with and made the whole moving stress-free! The cost was extremely inexpensive too!
