Very disappointed with this company!! They sent a crew to pack up my house one day and then two days later they came to move us. First of all, they did not pack up everything (we had many extra boxes left over that we paid for) and then they ran out of time when moving us because it was late and the guys were tired. So needless to say, there is still alot of stuff left at my old house that we have to go back to get and move ourselves.
This is the worst company I have ever used to move. Completely unprofessional. They moved the lighted stuff I own then walked off when it came to my furniture. They blocked my number. Didn’t tell me they were quitting. I paid for two hours …
I paid upfront $200 called several times said they would showed up never did. Never was refunded money had to hire new movers.. Can I please be refunded.. Rented a truck from uhaul in salem they said Them Movers are know for this. Do not pay up front payed owner of company on a app police said not to pay up front and I didn't have there address until resently for police.
The movers put a hole in our wall, assured us the company would contact us to have it addressed, and now they are completely ignoring us despite multiple calls and voicemails. Also- one of the movers they sent told me he was moving slow because he had an arm injury and couldn’t lift it over his head… but we paid by the hour…
Recently used them. The first time 2 years ago they were good, This time not so much. Scratch in new floor in the living room and ruined our night stand and dresser. They were courteous and prompt but in too much of a hurry. The owner is now saying the damage was there. It was not. Take pictures before and after.
We were told that 2 hours would be plenty of time to load everything into the moving truck, but could pay for more hours if needed. 2 hours rolled around and more time was needed but we were told that they had another job they had to get to …

Just bought fuel and two young guys with Them Mover sweatshirts on smelled like they just blazed up in their silver car on the way to work. 0740 and they reaked. Will NEVER trust them to move a box!

Moving as we know can be stressful, they were amazing with taking a lot of the weight out of this process for me! Hands down, their communication skills are impeccable. They were quick to schedule me in, fast paced and SO carful with my property. Everything was moved without damage and handled with care. They had the best attitudes i recommend them!! If you aren't sure, let this be your sign!
Eddie and Chris helped up move by emptying our house and packing everything we own into moving pods. They did a FANTASTIC JOB! Helpful, courteous, professional, careful, expert packers. They couldn't have done a better job!
Cannot say enough good things about "Them Movers" (who were hired through "HireAHelper"). Jeff and Hershel were just outstanding. We had just finished renovating my daughter's new older home and we asked them to be especially careful during the move-in process because of new paint and new floors. There wasn't so much as a scratch! Jeff & Hershel worked hard and were very pleasant to be around. I would hire them again directly. Top notch!
Eddy and Jake did an excellent job . They were very professional,Hardworking and completed the job in a timely manor. Eddy and Jake made sure all the packed items were done with care and made sure everything was done to protect my belongings from any damage . I highly recommend THEM MOVERS.
