In their own words
In the beginning the process was amazing, after they picked up our belongings that changed. They unpacked belongings creating more square footage, the negate to mention you have to pay upwards of $500 to tape on their so called free moving blankets, and their driver demands cash at drop off because in his words "this drive over is really expensive" even though we were told we could pay with cashier's check or money order. When I asked for the owner to call me I was told no.
We used the company as a recommendation from another that didnt have the availability to move from apartment to our brand newly built home. The movers we got were nice and efficient but one of them slipped and the furniture made a hole in the wall near the house entrance door. I was given the number of the manager who would call to get it repaired. The manager told me ths owner will call in a day or two. The owner told me he will send someone to fix it in a week or two.
The worst moving experience we have ever experienced. We decided to get movers since we are parents to 4 kids, 5 and under, worst idea ever. What should have taken one day, took two days and we were charge an extra 300 dollars on top of the 2,800 we already paid not including tax. THEY packed our house and packed PAINT, the paint made it to our NEW house and was spilled all over our new driveway! They never offered to compensate us for the spilled paint, but instead wanted to CHARGE MORE MONEY!
When the representative showed up they looked like gangsters. I made sure we were at our 799 cubic sq ft quote even got rid of large roofing tool boxes and was still charge another $400+ stating I was at 850 cubic square ft. Based on number of tickets. I asked the account rep to double check my load and was assured it would be and it never was. The mover and his guys stated I would receive a $400.00 credit per day beyond the 21 day delivery time which was not correct it was only $30.00.

I made the mistake of choosing cheaper movers once here in Plano, and it ended up costing me more in time and hassle compared to Movers Plano Texas. From now on, I won't use any other company. MPT is professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient.
These movers were hands down the best I've ever used in Plano Texas! Excellent service, great communication, and affordable pricing. They even handled last-minute packing with ease. Professional dress code and a friendly, knowledgeable driver sealed the deal. Highly recommend!
Full House Moving did a great job. They were quick, careful, and professional. Nothing was damaged, no walls messed up! They even disassembled furniture and reassembled in the new house. I can’t recommend them enough!

This review is long overdue. Our movers from Full House Moving had great attitudes and worked quickly. I received a personal call from the owner a couple nights after our move to ensure that we were satisfied. I did have a small issue which for the purpose of this review is immaterial.. the important part was that Mike made good on the one small thing that I brought up. That kind of service has become too rare. Thanks, Mike. Will definitely use Full House again in the future.
