I normally wouldn't do this, but I just want to save others the same headache I've been through... I went in early March to purchase a new couch. Selected the couch I wanted ($3500.00) and was told that they normally quote 4-6 weeks for delivery, but the warehouse showed 3 in stock, so it would likely be sooner (3 weeks, maybe less). 6 weeks passed without hearing from them, so I politely checked in.
I bought are sofa set there about 2 to 3 months ago and they are already starting to break when we took them out of the plastic one of the sofas was ripped and the other one was coming apart we also could not put the legs on them because …
Unfortunately, I have to give them a star to leave a review! Worst experience ever! Will NOT recommend this place or Adams Furniture to anyone I know! We bought a stove from FMO, under the impression that it was new....nope, it was a 2019 model (pre-covid) which means it doesn't have replacement parts available and they won't honor the guarantee to fix it/replace it! We had it 3 months and the oven stopped working! We have contacted them several times without a satisfactory outcome!

We needed a new washing machine right away and FMO was the only place that had the model we wanted in stock. Jake was very easy to work with, getting us financed and the order submitted right away. James and Jason (sorry, I might have those names wrong) had the washer installed and running within 15 minutes. Communication was great the whole way and we are back to getting caught up on laundry again.
I have purchased several appliances from Daryl at FMO and he makes each sale very simple and quick!
