The buildings are great. However the business practices are horrible. Go to rent a storage unit and have to talk to someone over a computer. Filling out the documents were a task. Then upon move out this was another rude awakening. They had already taken their money from my credit card on file on the 1st. I moved out on the 9th. When asked if I would be receiving a credit back on my credit card I was told basically read the contract. Well that another issue.

Should’ve read the reviews. They told me how low the prices were and I chose to go with them. Not even a full 2 months in and my price gets doubled. They reel you in with the low price and make it seem like that’s the price it’s going to be forever or at least for a while. Then once you’re in, raise the price. They claim that they tell you this in advance when they don’t. You’ll just get a random email stating the price of your unit is going to go up out of nowhere.

This business is a joke. They have the absolute worst customer service. After doubling my rent I spoke with somebody on the phone to talk whom offered me a lower cost. I told them if we could just put it in the system while I look for a cheaper option (as my rent went from $80 to $160) to which they agreed. Unable to take time off as I live out of state to move out, I assumed the price would be cut as they told me. This is the email I received.
I will be cancelling the unit. never have i ever seen a facility that has more access to my property than I do. You can't even lock your own unit. the process is exhausting. I see the change in the future storages. I just don't want to be a part of it, too much inconvenience.

One star is to high a rating . They took my money and never allowed a pass word to be sent so I could access the unit I paid for. I want my money back ! Thieves

The system did not always work, the price went up frequently and the staff was not always helpful. I would not use them a second time.

After a year needed to change to a smaller unit. One phone call and was able to get it done. The best thing was able to get a unit that around the corner from the old. This make moving out so much easier. Able to access new unit same day. Have not had any uses this past year. And still the best is not having to have a key or enter a code just makes it that much easier to use Superior Storage. Excellent customer service over the phone too.

Superior Storage was a wonderful experience! Location was very important for us where we could access our belongings . The climate controlled facility was always clean and easy to get to. The app was easy to use and the staff that we talked to were very helpful. Great company!

Great storage unit company with competitive rates and excellent website sign up experience. Phone App used to open doors/unit and share access to other family members. No padlock or keys needed! Highly Recommended!
