In their own words
This is not something I would normally do. I work in service and I feel so deep in my gut that I need to leave as truthful a review of what I think of how my resent move was handled. The owner Chris was a massive disappointment . He came to my home in mission to give me a quote on how much to move us to 100 mile bc aprox 600 or so km. We chatted he answered our questions seemd like a good guy came recommended by friends. A deal was made a quote given deposit sent .

Chris and his team were incredible during our unexpected move. Despite being previously told we had 2 weeks, Our landlord gave us just 48 hours to vacate a 10,000 sq. ft facility, and Chris swiftly coordinated his team to decommission machinery and move everything out on time. His pricing was fair, and his quick adaptability, clear communication, and proactive approach were outstanding. Unlike typical contractors, Chris maintained excellent two-way communication, making the process seamless. Highly recommend!
Hey Simon! We're really glad we could step up and get everything sorted swiftly for you. We're thrilled to hear that our team’s adaptability and communication made it a seamless experience for you.
I had the BEST experience EVER moving today. Had the awesome Jake and the perfect Ruvan!! 2 more helpful people I couldn't even beg for!! They treated me with respect and let me get to know them as people as they were in my house, with my things!! I would suggest to anyone and everyone to allow this company to move you as they are non judgemental..people are people. This is a company of people, not just a company!! Pricing is great, if you don't want to be judged..this friendly company is the way to go!!

When it comes to a moving company its hard to trust especially when you want to relocate across canada, G star pro was the best decision to make whennit come to move your house with safe manners with no damages and trustworthy company and want to take the moment to thank Chris and his team for the hard work and dedication to delivering the furniture by himself
Hi Mostafa! I really appreciate your kind words about our service. It was my pleasure to ensure everything arrived safely and to your satisfaction. Thanks for trusting us with your move across Canada!
I recently needed urgent help arranging the pickup of several important items on Vancouver Island and getting them to Alberta at a later date. It was an incredibly stressful time for my family, and I was overwhelmed trying to figure out how to handle it, with the immediacy required. When another company cancelled on me last‑minute — right before Christmas — G Star Pro stepped in without hesitation.
