While I appreciate a response - 6 years later - and I hope it's an indication of improvement - I stand by my original review. They never responded or explored my issues at the time of the move, and the refund they issued was only of my initial deposit, which was nowhere near the cost of replacing my broken entertainment center (the broken door was irreparable), nor to refinish the wood furniture they beat up in the move, nor the additional costs and trouble of having to hire others to help me finish the move…

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! Company arrived 2 hours late, was not careful with furniture, one employee tried to steal my deposit and there was a very valuable item that I discovered missing after they left. I reported this to the owner Greg Sledge, who was no help and refused to give me his insurance information so that I could file a claim. I did report this item as stolen and hope they find and arrest the person responsible. The B.B.B has this company rated as an “F “ as of 10/29/2018, and I can certainly see why.

BEWARE! If I could rate this company a 0 I would. I made a reservation a month in advance for 2 movers to help me move. 1 month later on my moving day, the movers never showed up. I tried calling the customer service number to find out what was going on and no one ever answered. Unless you enjoy moving completely by yourself, avoid this company at all costs.

Worst company I have worked with this year. The movers were fine, but the management isn't worth wasting your time with. They promised us two workers at 8am, then again at 8:30, 9, 10, and 11:30. The woman with customer service is a complete waste of a human life, giving only attitude and empty promises up until the minute she stopped answering our calls. She refused to connect me with a supervisor and did absolutely nothing to help.

I appreciated the updates provided as to when they were going to arrive at the house. The furniture was purchased at Big Lots. Upon arrival, when the chair was placed on the floor, it was then moved across the floor and since the chair has a metal base, it scratched the hardwood floors. I now have to pay someone to replace the planks that were scratched. As a moving company, I wish they had placed blankets on the floor before moving and damaging the floor. I pointed out the damage but a remedy was not provided.

Had the absolute worst move. They arrive 5 hours late and they came with 2 men and a rental truck. No furniture pads, no wraps for the draws, and no dolly as was all promised when I booked the move one month ago. They were really rough with my furniture and of course without furniture pads ruined our new wooden furniture we bought a couple months ago. As if it wasn’t bad enough, It turns out the uhaul truck they rented wasn’t big enough for my 2 bedrooms apartment.

Paid a deposit of $99 for two guys to arrive at my house at 1:00 on moving day. This was confirmed on the day prior to moving day. On moving day I received a call stating they could not find us on mapquest. I spoke personally to one of the guys who was supposed t come and gave him directions. A few minutes later, he called me back to say he had "vehicle problems" and would have to take a bus, and could I pick him up at the bus stop near my home. I agreed to this.

I hired them last minute so I expected the price to be a little higher but not for the job they did. The guy I spoke to on the phone was friendly but whoever actually did the move is mediocre at best. Don’t hire these people. They charged me $200/hr to do a move out of my apartment and didn’t even finish. On top of that didn’t even have their own trucks so we paid for them to rent someone else’s basically.
