Owners brother came to unload, very temperamental, broke 2 boxes to pieces. Didn’t move the things where we asked too. Disrespectful to us and yelling to the staff though out the move. Arguing about the staffs. We took them to Medicine Hat to Calgary. They took 4 hours to drive on a 3 hour trip. I understand the truck canot go fast but still I think they took advantage. We went with amazing grace movers before and they reached before we reached to our place.
Thanks for sharing your experience if you remember we arrived in Calgary 35 minutes before you guys arrived and boxes was broken its was accidentally, and we give you 75$ discount out of 30$ boxes And he just went for 1 hr at unloading place you can't say he's yelling on staff and we did move…
Was suggested by a friend saying they are quick. But they were very slow except for 1 person. They would take items from the building one by one in hand instead of taking things together in a trolley as they were paid hourly. The moment we were not looking they will stand in the corners and make calls or eat. Later they drove to the new house at 40km speed at an 80 km speed road.
My experience started out great when I first contacted them. The owner, Daman, came by the same day and gave me a quote. He was super responsive to any questions I had and I felt confident the move would go smoothly. My first red flag was the night before the move. They were supposed to come by and pack any last minute items and do a walk through. This never happened because they got tied up at another job (supposed to show up at 5:30pm but by 8:30pm said they couldn't come).

Hired these guys to move us from downtown high rise to house in the SE and they took a deposit to hold a spot for us. The day of the move, they canceled on us, and left us stranded. After many calls to these guys, they finally answered and passed our move to another business at 6pm, when we were booked after the afternoon and had the booked the elevator for moving (so it was only used for moving).
I dnt know who you are and we never pass our job to other moving companies and until today we never canceled on our customers please kindly check who you booked with if you have any questions please give us call or please leave your number here so I can contact you I have we have no idea why left…
Thes guys were hired for moving my mothers belongings the lead guy was super nice and professional but the other two guys I can’t say the same for they were dropping stuff instead of setting it down there was also a little 20 pound punching bag that was drug through the house and yard instead of carried to the truck I have been conflicted on wether or not to post this cause the lead guy did try to get it all done in the allotted time period but his coworkers were complete joke I caught them multiple times on there…
FAKE!! REVIEW. ITS FROM COMPETITORS. WE DID NOT MOVE PUNCHING BAGS FOR ANY CLIENT.
