They were very responsive to provide people at the last minute. David (the guy that set it up) was good to work with. When the workers arrived, they didn’t have a plan, so I instructed them as to what I’d like done. 2 of the 3 workers stayed on track and were very hard working. The 3rd person disappeared 2/3 of the time, and was talking on the phone with what sounded like his significant other or smoking. He hardly did anything and had no sense as to how to stack items in the truck to protect our belongings.

I was quoted a price for 185.00 total for a couple hours..called bk to verify again and was told the same price again and confirmed everything..they came loaded my pod and then quoted me 600.00 for only 2 hours ...called the office and the guy swear that it's no female working there cause when I called both times a female quoted me the price..told the people that I didn't have 600.00 they started taking my belongings and putting them in there truck ..called the police and filed a report and still haven't received…

I’d like to warn everyone not to use Garcia Movers. They sent a truck that was too small for all of my belongings, so many things had to be left behind for me to try to move myself. They broke my 72” flat screen TV and a large cabinet. They plugged my freezer full of meat into an extension cord that wasn’t plugged in. They also damaged the weather stripping on my door while taking furniture out. The worst part is when I called the owner he was completely unconcerned and said he’d get back to me.
