DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is the most unprofessional, disrespectful company I have ever dealt with. I lost my $200 deposit, don’t let yourself fall for this trap! I called to have movers to come and informed them that I had already disassembled my furniture and just require moving. I was told the prices, agreed and provided a $200 deposit. When the movers arrived, they then asked for $400 before they would start and then said it is a minimum of 4 hours labour even if we spend only an hour or two.

The movers arrived late and demanded a $500 deposit before starting work, which was not communicated when the booking was made. We live in a condo with elevators that are booked strictly by time. We booked the service elevator from 2:30-4:30 but they came at 4:30 and started arguing that they won’t start work unless a $500 deposit is paid They were also slow and so we let them take the big stuff while my husband moved the smaller bags.

First off, I have never posted a bad review before today. I feel that in addition to the complaint I'm filing at the better business bureau, it's important people know what they're getting into with this company. Their lower than average rate attracted me to move one item to my home that was 25 minutes away. Moving the item took 9 minutes to load into the truck.

NO SHOW! Unbelievable. We booked for an arrival window of 4 to 5 pm, but they never showed up. I called at 5:20 and the lady said she'd call back, never did. I called again at 6:20, and she said the movers are in the area unloading at a different house and will be done soon. I called again at 7 and was told they will look into it and call back in 5 mins. Called again after 15 minutes and they said they'll call back. It's now 8 and still nothing. It's been very stressful.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! During the move the owner, Tony was rude and unprofessional with me. We were also missing items from my mothers jewellery box, these were very expensive items. I discovered this two days after when my mother went to look for her jewelry. The police are now involved. I am a teacher and will be telling my colleagues to stay AWAY from this moving company. I rate them F meaning FAIL. The movers were very slow as they simply wanted to put in their hours to make more money.

I used this company today and we started off well but not so much in the end. The guys called to asked if we wanted to move earlier than booked and we agreed as all our stuff was packed. When they arrived they first asked for $200 deposit. We paid via card. Then the two guys came up to the unit to assess the amount of stuff they had to move. Its was a one bedroom unit. When we got to the distination the guys hassled my husband to pay the balance due before they began moving out stuff.

Further update... The book has finally been returned after a week, many phone calls and finally threatening with police involvement. Navjot is the thief. Further insult to me is Navjot asked me to change my review. When I refused, he became very angry and started yelling at me. He told his boss I gave him the book. Sorry, but I had just bought the book 3 days prior, so no way would I give it away. Lies, lies and yet more lies. Very unprofessional of Navjot.

Worst service ever!! Not at all professional and a number of hidden charges which they did not disclose while booking. We hired them for our moving within the city and by that time we had moved many of the stuff on our own. The moment they saw we do not have that many stuff they started killing time so that they can stretch the hours. They even started asking for prepayment and won’t start until the amount is credit to the owners account.
