Overall would not (ever) recommend based on ongoing events. Booked These movers as they claim they are insured. Turns out that may not be true. On moving day, the crew seemed zoned out, and overall it was hard to communicate as English is not their first language. They ended up hitting water infrastructure with the truck. While being assured it would be taken care of with their insurance , it has been a month and no resolution has been made. The crew also damaged property in the move.
I originally left a 5 star review for this company - they asked me to when they were loading the truck with our belongings. They moved us into a storage locker during home renovations, and now several months later we are finding that many of our belongings are damaged: furniture is badly scratched, monitors are smashed, and very heavy boxes have been stacked on smaller / lighter ones and have caved in on one another while in storage.

Would recommend with the following suggestions: 1. Make sure you share every single piece of item you are moving and how/if it's packed. They will charge extra if not on the recorded phone call. 2. Watch the movers, bring a friend with you to have one on each mover because they will be too scared to admit if they broke your furniture. 3. Tip at the end... They are always on time and they will wrap your items properly and drop it off exactly where you want it. Very reasonable price. Great customer service.

Honestly the best moving crew ever! I would give them 7 stars out of 5 just because they have exceeded and expectations we had. I will always recommend them! I’m so glad that our previous neighbour told us about them. The whole team from start to finish were just great! First Priyanka and Kaur being so patient and understanding of the urgency of our situation and being so kind and professional when we had to move dates especially when I hassled them with calls asking about various dates and times and what not till…

My sister and I hired Professional Movers last week to coordinate a move to two different locations. Harry, who supported me over the phone with arranging the move was very professional, transparent and accommodating as there were several times I needed to adjust the times of the move prior to the date.
