In their own words
I hired Special Force Movers and unfortunately experienced damage to both my piano and hardwood floor during an internal move. I have a recording of the manager acknowledging the damage and offering to pay for the repairs only if I agreed to hire them again for a second move, making compensation conditional on using their services again. Rather than accepting responsibility for the damage caused to the floor during the move, the company seemed more focused on protecting its bottom line.
I used their services, although they moved without any damage, they charge many hidden fees at the end and they force you to leave a 5 star review on the spot at the end otherwise they won't leave, they also force you to give them a tip, there are better alternatives, don't go with these people.
Hi Sai, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that your move was completed without any damages. We would, however, like to clarify a few points regarding your concerns. Your move was booked at a rate of $615 for the first 3 hours, which reflected the requested late evening arrival time…
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
We couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Special Force moving company. Alex & Vivaldinus arrived right on time. The team was friendly, organized, and highly professional. They carefully wrapped and protected all our furniture, navigated tight spaces with ease, and made sure nothing was damaged. What really impressed us was how efficient they were, working quickly without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
Thank you!
Highly recommend Special Force Movers - this was our second move with them. As before, punctual and very efficient at a fair price. They were careful to wrap our furniture, left no damages and emptied out 4-bdrm house in just over an hour! Thank you Dima, Anatolii and Andrii!
Thank you!
5 Stars – Absolutely Incredible Experience! I called Special Force Movers last minute—literally with just hours’ notice—and they came through like absolute pros. I was moving out of a high-rise in downtown Toronto, right beside Scotiabank Arena, during Friday rush hour with a Raptors game about to let out, and these guys didn’t flinch. They parked outside in the middle of chaos, with 30,000 fans pouring into the streets, and somehow managed to get the job done without a single complaint.
Thank you Mark!
Special Force Movers were absolutely incredible! They arrived exactly on time—down to the minute—and got straight to work. They emptied my condo with impressive speed, carefully wrapping everything that wasn’t already boxed. They even helped take apart and reassemble furniture, making sure every piece was placed exactly where it needed to go in the new house. Their team was extremely thoughtful, polite, and courteous throughout the entire process.
Thank you!
