In their own words
I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. Not only did they overcharge me far beyond the quoted price, but they also caused visible damage to my wall during the move. When I raised these concerns, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. I expected professionalism and care with my belongings and property, but instead, I’m left with extra costs and repairs. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for a reliable and honest moving service.
I had a very disappointing experience with this moving service. I was moving from a 2-bedroom condo in Scarborough to a house in Ajax and had reserved the elevator from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, which I clearly communicated to the movers when they arrived. Although they arrived on time at 8:00 AM, despite repeated reminders about the limited elevator window, they did not work efficiently or prioritize the move properly.
They moved me in on January 14th, and they drove away with some of my boxes that included kitchen items, pots and pans, cutlery. I was moving on my own and didn’t have a spotter, make sure you have someone at the truck watching unload and …

Huge thanks to Rocket Moving for saving my move! I originally had another moving company booked, but they took my deposit and then completely stopped answering calls the day of the move. I was in a really stressful situation because I had to leave my apartment and had no movers. Late in the evening I called Rocket Moving explaining that I urgently needed help with a move from Toronto to Montreal. Even though it was very last minute, they stepped in right away and the next morning they were already there.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re glad to hear that you were happy with our service. Our team always aims to provide professional, careful, and efficient moving services. We truly appreciate your support and wish you the best in your new home!
I had an excellent experience with Rocket Moving Company from start to finish. The pricing was reasonable, the team was punctual, professional, and handled all of my belongings with great care. They worked efficiently, communicated clearly throughout the move, and made what could have been a stressful day completely hassle-free. Everything arrived safely, and the movers went above and beyond to ensure the move was smooth and organized. I truly appreciated their friendly attitude and attention to detail.
Super service with great price! We organize a moving from Montreal to Toronto with the need of storage in between and they were able to organize everything with a great competitive price. Really professional, quick response, flexible and efficient. They came prepared, they protected our belongings appropriately and our movings went smoothly. We highly recommend this company!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough great things about Rocket Moving Services! They truly live up to their promise of being fast, reliable, and completely stress-free. I recently moved from Thorold (Niagara) to Niagara Falls, and the entire process—from loading to unloading—took just two and a half hours. I was seriously impressed by how efficient and organized the team was. They handled everything with care and professionalism, and even managed to carry heavy furniture up to the second floor without any issues.
