Today's crew, working off of Garfield Ave in Mpls, were very unprofessional. They exhibited poor conduct by showing disregard for others, refusal to cooperate, and had an overall rude demeanor. They impeded traffic flow and were unwilling to accommodate. Definitely a poor example for the company.

In their own words
Punctual, efficient, responsive, and professional. The staircase at my new apartment was a bit narrow and they took extra care to carry the bed up without scraping anything. Everything was over much quicker than I had anticipated so I had a whole afternoon left with all the furniture and boxes placed where they need to be. The price is definitely on the higher side out of different options but I saved aches and sores in the middle of the semester, not to mention time and headache, so it was all worth it.
I have used These folks several times. Each time the crew that did the move was wonderful to deal with. they totally understand the stress related to moving and the need to communicate through out the entire process. They are very professional and personable, they poses the proper people skills needed to make you feel that you will be taken care of. They are very efficient which is important when wanting to keep the cost down. They will disassemble and resemble beds and furniture.

We have moved 10 times in the forty years of living in Minnesota, and we have used six different movers. By far, General Expert Movers exceeded our expectations and showed us how a truly professional moving company works. Good quality, good value, professional, and responsive are only a part of their company culture. They truly care about their clients; and, most importantly for us, they listened to our wants and needs and satisfied them. Good job to Michael and the rest of the staff that helped us!

If you are looking for movers, simply look no further. The process was professional and efficient from start to finish. Once I locked in my move date I called General Expert Moving and spoke with their logistics expert, Dave. He diligently took an inventory of everything I would be moving and offered a quote which was accurate to the dollar upon invoicing. Mike and his crew confirmed me of my move the day prior and showed up on time and ready.
