They stole my collection of silver dollars. When I called them a few months later, they said they would look into it, but never resolved the issue.
Hello Evan, Here at Gentle Giant we trust our crew members like family and in over 30 years of service have not had an instance of theft. I would like to apologized for your recent experience with our claims department, and would like to assist to get this issue rectified for you.
Beware of their No Parking Signs. At 90 Appleton St. 2/20/20, they posted signs for 10 parking spaces for one move. Of course, this was reported to the City. The City allows 2 Parking Spaces for one moving Permit.

I have used Gentle Giant on at least 5 separate residential moves now and they have exceeded my expectations every time. This most recent time I had Deneb, Darren and Chris and they were great. We must give a 10 star review to our stellar Gentle Giant moving team. Our complicated move demanded that (over the course of 4 days) our 19 room house and possessions would have to be split three ways. 1. To a 2 bedroom apartment where we would live during the year long home renovation. 2. To a local storage facility so we could retrieve stuff we'd need but couldn't fit into the apartment and 3. To long term warehouse storage.
