I recently learned that someone I know who used this exact moving service had $3,000-$4,000 dollars worth of highly collectible coins stolen by the staff assigned to help with the move that day.. At the time it was said they cut $800 dollars off the bill because it was "such a short distance and you were so well packed which made the job easy". It was to be a nice gesture, cause the move was only one floor up in the apartment building, but now this statement takes on a whole new dimension.
Thank you for taking the time to share some the details of a move someone you know experienced. Theft is a serious act and we would like the opportunity to fully investigate this loss.

We recently used Gentle Giants for our move from Massachusetts to Maine, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. A friend recommended them after having a great experience, and they lived up to that recommendation. From the initial online quote request to the frequent text updates leading up to moving day, their communication was excellent and the entire process was well organized. On moving day, the moving crew arrived right on time with the appropriate amount of trucks and movers.

We had a stellar experience with Gentle Giant, from beginning to end. Communication, organization, and execution were excellent throughout. The move coordinators worked with us to provide and repeatedly refine detailed estimates for a complicated move (involving moving some items to storage, and others to a new home). We appreciated their willingness to work through various options with us as we settled on the best solution for the move, and their quick responses to all our questions.

Using Gentle Giant for my move was a great decision. They came highly recommended by a good friend and I concur with his recommendation. There were some complications with timing on the day of my move but Gentle Giant made everything smooth and easy. They adjusted to every curve ball with ease. The team of movers were friendly and professional. They were the model of efficiency. All my furniture and belongings made it to my new home in perfect condition and they were all placed exactly where I want them.

Great bunch of guys My husband and I recently moved out of state. We had two storage units “full” units. One 10 x 30 and one 10 x 20. We had 60 years of stuff. We had patio blocks to building supplies. First day we met 3 men at our storage units, it took five to six hours to empty the units, these guys never stopped. We have never seen anyone work so hard! they took great care of our property and placed the items into the truck carefully. They were respectful and polite.
